Description

  

      Verfahren        zur        Herstellung        eines    neuen     Zellulosederivates.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man ein neues       Zellulosederivat    erhält, wenn man     Chlor-          acetylzellulose    mit     Pyridin    behandelt.  



  Das neue Produkt zeichnet sich von der  Zellulose vor allem durch seine' vorzügliche  Affinität zu sauren     Wollfarbstoffen    aus und  ist gekennzeichnet durch die Gegenwart eines       quaternären        Pyridiniumrestes.    Das neue     Zel-          lulosederivat    kann als Ausgangsstoff für  Textilien verwendet werden. Indessen wird  der Schutz für das angegebene Verfahren  nur soweit beansprucht, als es sich nicht  um eine für die Textilindustrie in Betracht  kommende Behandlung von Textilfasern zum  Zwecke von deren Veredlung handelt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  1 Teil     chloracetylierte    trockene Zellulose  wird in die zehnfache Menge einer 10      /o        igen          Pyridinlösung    in     Toluol    eingelegt und das    Gemisch während 6-8 Stunden auf 60-70   C  erhitzt. Nach beendigter Einwirkung wird  das Produkt sorgfältig     abgepresst,    gewaschen  und getrocknet.

  The new product is distinguished from cellulose by its' excellent affinity to acidic wool dyes and is characterized by the presence of a quaternary pyridinium residue. The new cellulose derivative can be used as a raw material for textiles. However, protection for the specified process is only claimed insofar as it is not a question of a treatment of textile fibers for the purpose of their refinement that is suitable for the textile industry.



  <I> Example: </I> 1 part of chloroacetylated dry cellulose is placed in ten times the amount of a 10% pyridine solution in toluene and the mixture is heated to 60-70 C for 6-8 hours. After the end of the exposure, the product is carefully pressed, washed and dried.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Zellulosederivates, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Chloracetylzellulose mit Pyridin behandelt. Das neue Produkt zeichnet sich von der Zellulose vor allem durch seine vorzügliche Affinität zu sauren Wollfarbstoffen aus und ist gekennzeichnet durch die Gegenwart eines quaternären Pyridiniumrestes. Das neue Zel- lulosederivat kann als Ausgangsstoff für Textilien verwendet werden.
