      Zusatzpatent    zum Hauptpatent Nr. 125479.    Verfahren zur Darstellung     eines        alkaliechten    Baumwollfarbstoffes der     Stilbenreihe.       Es     wurde    gefunden, dass man zu einem       alkaliechten    Baumwollfarbstoff der     Stilben-          reihe    gelangen kann, wenn man das gelb  orange färbende Kondensationsprodukt der  pp' -     Dinitrostilben    -     oo'    -     disulfosäure    mit       Amidoazobenzolsulfosäure    der Formel:

    mit einem Oxydationsmittel, wie zum Bei  spiel     Hypochl.orit,    behandelt.         Beispiel:       50 kg des nach dem deutschen Reichspatent  Nr. 204212 hergestellten gelborange färben  den Kondensationsproduktes aus     pp'-Dinitro-          stilben-oo'-disulfosäure    und     Amidoazobenzol-          sulfosäure    der Formel:

  Der Farbstoff stellt ein rotes Pulver dar,  das sich in Wasser mit oranger Farbe, in  konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit     rotstichig     blauer Farbe löst und Baumwolle in rot  stichig gelbem Ton anfärbt. Die Färbungen  sind     klarer,        gelbstichiger    und     alkaliechter     als diejenigen des     unoxydierten    Farbstoffes.
