Device for the production and distribution of soapy water. The present invention relates to a production device e, for dispensing soapy water, intended to be immersed: in a container filled with soft soap which is transformed into liquid soap by the addition of water.
According to the invention, this device comprises a pipe for feeding water to the interior of the container, said clamp pipe provided with a sectional adjustment valve, through of water and a branch located above said tap and eonn.ecté to. a nozzle of; de bit, sa.ionneuse water, a pipe:
from s, out the soapy water outlet @in said branch and also provided with a valve @ for adjusting the:
passage section idea soapy water, and a pipe leading to the outside of the container and allowing it. air entry into the container, so that the water passing through said branch causes suction of soapy water which mixes with it to form the soapy water delivered. The appended drawing represents, by way of example, a single embodiment of the object of the present invention.
In this drawing: Fig. 1 is a view of the device; Fig.2 shows the same device. mounted on a barrel containing soap; Fig. 3 shows the communication channels with which the regulating valves are provided.
As can be seen at fi: g. 1, the positive -dis shown comprises a connector 1, through which the device can be connected to the water supply pipe 2. This communication can be cut off by a valve 3. A tube -1 is intended for lead the water arriving through pipe 2 to the bottom of the drum.
Between the tap 3 and the aforesaid pipe is arranged a control valve i7 comprising three ways 6, 7 and 8 (fig. 3), intended to be opened respectively for obtaining a dense, medium solution. : or manages it. Above said tap 5 is arranged a connector 9 provided with a branch 10, connected to the pipe 11, on which is mounted the soapy water flow nozzle 12, provided at its end - with a fine sieve 1.3.
14 shows an air intake tube, the orifice 15 of which is continuously open. The lower end of the tube 1! 4 is bent so that its upwardly directed extension forms a tube 16, the upper end 17 of which is connected to a three-way analog valve 18 and disposed in the same way. so that those of the valve 5 represented at the. fig. 3.
A connection 19 is established between said tap 18 and the branch 10 of the connector 9. Openings 20 are made in the connection part of the pipes 14 and 16, through which the soapy water can enter the tube. tube 16.
As can be seen at @fig. 2, the positive device described is immersed inside a barrel 21 containing soft soap 22, so that the cover 23 can close the opening of the passage of the device made in the barrel 21.
In order to be able to adapt said device to .des barrels of different height, the tubes 14, 16 and 4 comprise -des sections .24 capable of being removed and replaced by other longer or shorter pa.r.
When you want to deliver soapy water, the connection. 1 is connected to the water inlet pipe 2 and the tap 5 is adjusted so as to allow an appropriate quantity to pass to the tube 4, thus causing a more or less strong current of water through the connection 10 towards the flow nozzle. 12. This passage of water causes suction -d'eau soapy through the openings 20, the pipe 16, the tap 18 and the connector 19.
This tap 18 is adjusted so as to allow a greater or lesser passage of soapy water. The suction of the soapy water made possible by the presence of the pipe M, the end of which 15 is located outside the barrel. .2: 1 and is constantly open, so as to allow the air inlet.
It follows from the above that, when the taps 5 and 18 open the passage to the channel 8 (fig. 3), the water can only pass into the interior of the fry in a small quantity, the greater part of the flow -from pipe 2 passes, on the other hand, by branch 10 to nozzle 12.
This stream of water causes a suction of soapy water sucked through the tap 18 and arriving in small quantity, thanks to the reduced passage section. We realize that the percentage of soap in the water delivered by the nozzle 12 increases when the taps 5 and 18 open the passage 7 or the passage 6.
As can be seen, said control valves 5 and 18 are arranged below the cover 23, so as to prevent any unauthorized modification of the soap content of the soapy water dispensed, because it is necessary to unbolt the cover 23 to have access to these taps, which makes any attempt at fraud difficult.
It goes without saying: that the embodiment of the @dispositif @ described and shown can be modified, in its details @ d-e construction without departing from the scope of the present invention.
