Description

Articulated connection for electrical lines. The invention relates to a joint connection for electrical lines, in which at each end of the line a connection piece made of Isölierinaterial is arranged, each with a hollow spherical contact piece, one of which overlaps the other in such a way that both contact cords both around the longitudinal axis of the connecting pieces as can also be adjusted against each other in the circumferential direction of the contact pieces.

The drawing illustrates an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention in a longitudinal section.

The contact carrier parts 1 and 2 consist of insulating material, for example porcelain, hard rubber or the like. In part 1, a hollow metal hemisphere 3 is fastened, the metal connection piece of which has a clamping screw 5 for the conductor wire 6. In addition, an axially lying metal connecting piece 7 is mounted in part 1 so as to be slidable in the axial direction.

This connection piece is under the influence of the spring 8 in such a way that the head 9 of the connection piece 7 is constantly pressed against a hemispherical metal contact piece 10, which is located at the end of the metal connection piece 11, which is in the second, to avoid radio operator) Contact carrier part 2 is mounted. The connector 7 has a clamping screw 5 "for the second line wire 6 $. In the contact carrier part 2, the metal sleeves 12 and 13 are also arranged.

The sleeve 12 is connected to the contact 11, 10, the sleeve 13 through the Ansehlussstück 14 with a con tact ring 15, in which the hemisphere 3 is inclined in all directions and can rotate about its axis. 16 is a rubber ring for clamping the braid 17 in which the lead wires 6, 6 ″ are embedded. 18 is a protective hood made of insulating compound, for example rubber, to prevent the contact hemisphere 3 from being touched by the hand, etc. The effect of the spring 8 is double-sided. The same presses the head 9 evenly into the bearing 10 and at the same time the hollow contact ball 3 into the contact ring 1 "0.
