Montre briquet.
La fig. 1 représente, vue de face, une pre- rnièrë forme d'exécution, dont la montre com porte un mécanisme de remontage à bascule; La fig. 2 est une projection latérale de la fïg. 1, quelques parties étant représentées en coupe; La fig. 3 représente, vue de face, une se conde forme d'exécution dont la montre com porte un mécanisme de remontage à crémail lères conçu selon le système décrit dans l'ex posé du brevet suisse n <B>127820;</B> La fig. 4 montre, partiellement en coupe., une projection latérale de la fig. 3;
Lighter watch. The object of the invention is a lighter watch which is characterized in that the watch winding mechanism is connected to a movable member of the lighter mechanism, by means of a control device established in such a manner. that the winding of the mainspring of the watch is ensured afaratiquen: ent, by the repeated actuation of said movable member of the lighter mechanism.
The accompanying drawing shows, by way of example, and in part schematically, three embodiments of the object of the invention. In all three examples, the lighter mechanism adopted is known, it comprises a lever serving as an extinguisher and whose operation determines the actuation of the watch winding mechanism.
Fig. 1 is a front view of a first embodiment, the watch of which comprises a toggle winding mechanism; Fig. 2 is a lateral projection of fig. 1, some parts being shown in section; Fig. 3 shows, front view, a second embodiment of which the watch comprises a rack winding mechanism designed according to the system described in the disclosure of Swiss patent n <B> 127820; </B> The fig. 4 shows, partially in section., A side projection of FIG. 3;
Fig. 5 shows the control of the winding pinion by means of the reciprocating racks; Fig. 6 shows a front view of the third embodiment, the watch of which also includes a rack-and-pinion winding mechanism designed according to the system described in the disclosure of Swiss Patent No. 127820; Fig. 7 shows, partially in section, a side projection of FIG. 6, while FIG. 8 represents the control of the winding pin by means of reciprocating racks.
In the three examples shown, the re-assembly of the mainspring of the watch is carried out automatically by the repeated actuation of a lever 1 of the lighter mechanism. The lever 1, the operation of which is known, is set on an axis 2 and can perform an angular movement of about 90; it wears a cap covering the wick of the lighter, and serves as an extinguisher. On axis 2 is wedged a pinion 3 which controls, according to the first embodiment (fig. 1 and 2), a gear train 4, 5, 6, 7. The last gear, 7, is mounted on a rocker 8 pivoted on the axis 6 'of the return 6 and can perform a planetary angular movement relative to the return 6.
The rocker 8 tends to rest by a heel 9, against a tenon 10 and is subjected to the action of a return spring 11. The return 7 engages normally in the winding ratchet 12 of the motor barrel 13 of the slack. 14 of the watch. The time-setting mechanism of the pull-tab movement 14 is controlled by the rod 16 carrying a crown 17 placed outside the case of the lighter watch.
The operation of the example described is as follows: When the lever 1 is raised as indicated by the arrow, the pinion 3 drives the rocker 12 in the direction of winding by means of the references 4, 5, 6 and 7. On the other hand, if the lever T is lowered, the ratchet 12 is no longer driven by the gear train, because the gear 7, rotating in the opposite direction than previously, is forced to move away. of the ratchet 12 by rotating the lever 8. The result is that the motor spring of the watch is partially wound up each time the lighter mechanism is used.
In the two examples represented by FIGS. 3 to 8, the watch comprises a pull-down winding and time-setting mechanism, the winding stem carrying a pin not controlled by means of two reciprocating racks, the operation of which has been described: in the disclosure of Swiss Patent No. 127820.
Referring to Figs. 3 to 8, we distinguish the winding stem 18 with the crown 19, the two racks 20, 21, intended to impart a rotational movement to a pinion 22 wedged on the. winding stem 18. For this purpose, the racks receive a reciprocal, rectilinear and reciprocating movement by means of two bands or other flexible traction members 28, 24 (fig. 3, 4 and 5) connected respectively to the racks 20, 21 and controlled by the lever 1 of the lighter mechanism, via the pinion 3, a gear train 4, 5, 6 and a pulley 25 with two grooves. The tapes 23, 24 pass over rollers 26 and are attached to the pulley 25. each in a groove of the latter.
The pulley 25 is mounted on the axis of the pinion 6 and comprises a complete circular groove 25 'and a partial circular groove 25 "formed by a segment of the pulley concentric with the pin 6. This arrangement allows the return 5 to engage in the pinion 6 and pulley 25 to perform an angular movement around its axis of rotation. The tape 23 is connected to the partial groove 25 ", while the tape 2 \ .1 is connected to the complete groove 25 '. Each rack 20 and 21 is subjected to the action of a return spring 27 respectively 28.
The operation of this second example has a double effect, that is to say that the crisscrosses perform a reciprocal direct movement against the springs <B> 27, </B> 28, when lifting the lever 1, and a reciprocal retrograde movement under the action of said return springs, when the lever 1 is lowered. The direct movement of the racks is determined by the bands 23, 24 which exert a traction on the latter in s 'winding a little on the pulley 25. This direct movement of the racks is effective, because the latter communicate to the pinion 22 and to the rod 18 a rotational movement corresponding to the winding of the mainspring, while the retrograde movement of the racks is inoperative on the mainspring, the pinion 22 and the winding stem being actuated in the opposite direction than previously.
The third exemplary embodiment (FIGS. 6, 7 and 8) of the subject of the invention is a construction variant of the example which has just been described. Here again, the re-assembly and time-setting mechanism is a pull tab and comprises, as described in the disclosure of the Swiss patent iC <B> 127820, </B> a winding stem 13 with its crown 19 , a pinion 22 fixed on the rod <B> 18. </B> and two racks 20, 21 with, reciprocal movement, rectilinear and alter native, intended for. mesh with pinion 22 and impart to it a reciprocating rotational movement.
In fig. 6 and 7, we distinguish the lever 1 of the lighter mechanism, the pinion 3 wedged on the axis 2 of the lever 1 and <B> t </B> -te operating a pinion 6 by means of two references 4 5. The transmission 5 and the pinion 6 are arranged between two bridges 30 supporting the axes of these wheels. On the pinion axis are wedged, on one side and the other of the bridges: 10. two discs 31, 32 each of which l @ (2rte a side pin 33 respectively 14.
The pin 33 of the disc 31 is offset by 130 <B> '</B> relative to the pin 34 of the say 32 and each pin is engaged in a groove 35 respectively 36 of a lever 37 respectively. 38. These two levers are pivoted in common at 39 and can perform a reciprocal oscillation movement around 39. The racks 20 and 21 are respectively coupled to the levers 7 and 38, by means of a pin 40 respectively 41 engaged in a groove 4? lever 37 respectively in the groove 36 chi lever 38.
The operation of the example following the fib. 6. 7 and 8 is the following: When the lever 1 is raised, the train of gears 3, 4, 5 and 6 communicates to the discs 31, 32 an angular movement following the arrow, which determines a winking bone movement reciprocal of the levers 37 and 38 and therefore the reciprocal rectilinear movement of the racks 20, 21 which drive the pinion 22 in the direction corresponding to the reassembly of the mainspring. The same functions are repeated when the lever 1 is lowered; however, the movable or-anes move in retrograde direction @et the rotation of the pinion 22 has no effect on the mainspring.
The winding mechanism (the watch could be controlled by any other movable member and suitable for this purpose, of the lighter mechanism.
