Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung einer     Rasier-Creme.       Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur  Herstellung einer     Rasier-Creme,    welches da  durch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man zu war  mem flüssigem Stearin eine ebenfalls warme  Lösung aus Glyzerin, Borax und einem Anti  septikum in destilliertem Wasser, nebst einer  gelatinösen Masse und Parfüm unter Rühren  bis zur Erzielung einer cremeartigen Masse  zusetzt.  



  <I>Beispiel</I>  In einem Kessel mit Rührwerk werden  200     gr    zerkleinertes Stearin auf dem Wasser  bade auf eine bestimmte Temperatur, z. B.  65   C, erwärmt. In einem zweiten Behälter  werden 100     gr    Glyzerin, 50     gr    Borax und  eine geringe Menge     Chinosol,    welches die  Rolle eines Antiseptikums spielen soll, in  1600     gr    destilliertem Wasser unter Erwärmen  auf dieselbe Temperatur aufgelöst.

   Nachher  wird diese warme Lösung dem warmen,  flüssigen Stearin unter Rühren zugesetzt,  während noch eine durch Aufkochen von 60     gr       Stärke in 800     gr    destilliertem Wasser er  haltene, gelatinöse Masse und schliesslich noch  etwas Parfüm zum Gemisch hinzugefügt wird.  Im Verlaufe des     Rührens    bildet sich eine  cremeartige Masse, die man etwa 12 Stunden  stehen lässt, worauf man diese einem Knet  oder     Pressvorgang    unterwerfen kann,<B>uni</B>  etwaige Luftblasen aus der Masse     herauszu-          drängen.    Die Creme wird so verkaufsfertig.

During the course of stirring, a cream-like mass forms, which is left to stand for about 12 hours, after which it can be subjected to a kneading or pressing process to force any air bubbles out of the mass. The cream is ready for sale.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Rasier creme, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man zu warmem flüssigem Stearin eine ebenfalls warme Lösung aus Glyzerin, Borax und einem Antiseptikum in destilliertem Wasser, nebst einer gelatinösen Masse und Parfüm unter Rühren bis zur Erzielung einer cremeartigen Masse zusetzt.
