Verschlusseinrichtung für Aktenmappen, Damentaschen und dergleichen. Der Erfindungsgegenstand ist eine V er- schlusseinrichtung für Aktenmappen. Damen taschen und dergleichen und hat gegenüber den in Verwendung stehenden Druckver schlüssen den Vorteil, dass ein selbsttätiges Öffnen ausgeschlossen ist, selbst wenn die Tasche noch so vollgepackt ist.
Auf der Zeichnung sind zwei beispiels weise Ausführungsformen des Erfindungs gegenstandes dargestellt. Darin zeigt Abb. 1 den Längsschnitt, Abb. 2 die Draufsicht der einen Ausführungsform und die Abb. 3 und 4 in denselben Ansichten die zweite Aus führungsform, wobei in den Abb. 1 und 3 auch der obere Verschlussteil dargestellt ist, während die Einrichtungen in den Abb. 2 und 4 bei abgehobener Deckplatte darge stellt sind.
Die Schlossplatte 1 trägt die Zapfen 2 und 3, sowie eine Führungsleiste 4 mit einem Anschlag 4'. Um den Zapfen 2 ist der Riegel 5 mit einem Langloch 5' gelagert und wird durch eine im Gehäuse 1 angeordnete Feder 6 in der in Abb. 2 dargestellten Lage gehalten. Um den Zapfen 3 ist eine Schliess platte 7 drehbar, welche seitlich am Riegel 5 anliegt und den im Schlossdeckel 10 aus genommenen Schlitz 8 nach innen teilweise verschliesst. Durch eine Feder 9 wird die Schliessplatte in der gezeichneten Lage ge halten.
Auf dem Oberteil 11 der Verschluss- einrichtung ist entweder eine Verschlussöse 12, oder ein Verschlussknopf 13 befestigt.
Die Wirkungsweise der Einrichtung ist folgende: Durch Eindrücken des am Oberteil 11 befindlichen Verschlussteiles 12 bezw. 13 in den Schlitz 8 des Deckels 10 wird der vorne keilförmig zulaufende Riegel 5 in seiner Achsrichtung verdrängt, worauf die zusam mengedrückte Feder 6 den Riegel 5 in die Sperreinrichtung 12 bezw. 13 einschnappen lässt. Der Verschluss ist hierbei ein solcher, dass er durch blosses Abheben des Oberteiles 11 nicht mehr gelöst werden kann.
Zur Lösung des Verschlusses muss viel mehr der Oberteil 11 in der Richtung des Schlitzes 8 verschoben werden, wobei das keilförmige Ende des Riegels um den Zapfen 3 als Zentrum eine Kreisbahn beschreibt und dabei gleichzeitig die Schliessplatte 7 ver drängt (Abb. 4), so lange, bis das Riegel ende aus dem Bereich des Schlitzes 8 gelangt ist, worauf in dieser Stellung der Oberteil 11 aus dem Schlitz 8 einfach abgehoben wird. Nach der Entfernung des Verschlussteiles 12 bezw. <B>13</B> drückt die Feder 9 die Schliess platte 7 und damit auch den Riegel 5 in die in Abb. 2 dargestellte Lage wieder zurück.
Das dem Drehzapfen 3 abgekehrte Ende der Schliessplatte 7 deckt in dieser Stellung den Schlitz 8 teilweise ab, so dass zum Ein drücken des Verschlussteiles 12 nur die für den Verschlussteil erforderliche Breite des Schlitzes 8 frei bleibt. Der Verschlussteil am Oberteil kann natürlich auch anders aus gebildet sein.

The lock plate 1 carries the pins 2 and 3, as well as a guide strip 4 with a stop 4 '. Either a locking eyelet 12 or a locking button 13 is attached to the upper part 11 of the locking device.
The operation of the device is as follows: By pressing the closure part 12 located on the upper part 11, respectively. 13 in the slot 8 of the cover 10 of the front wedge-shaped bolt 5 is displaced in its axial direction, whereupon the compressed spring 6 together the bolt 5 in the locking device 12 respectively. 13 snaps into place. The lock is here such that it can no longer be released by simply lifting off the upper part 11.
To release the lock, the upper part 11 has to be moved much more in the direction of the slot 8, with the wedge-shaped end of the bolt describing a circular path around the pin 3 as the center and at the same time pushing the closing plate 7 (Fig. 4) for as long until the end of the bolt is out of the area of the slot 8, whereupon the upper part 11 is simply lifted out of the slot 8 in this position. After removing the closure part 12 respectively. <B> 13 </B> the spring 9 pushes the locking plate 7 and thus also the bolt 5 back into the position shown in Fig. 2.
The end of the locking plate 7 facing away from the pivot 3 partially covers the slot 8 in this position, so that only the width of the slot 8 required for the locking part remains free to press the locking part 12. The closure part on the upper part can of course also be formed differently.
