Description

       

  Kotfangeinrichtung an Fahrzeugrädern.    Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist  eine Kotfangeinrichtung an mit Luftbereifung  ausgestatteten Fahrzeugrädern. Es ist bereits  eine solche Einrichtung bekannt, welche min  destens einen zum Auffangen des seitwärts  spritzenden Kotes dienenden Ring aus elas  tischem Material besitzt.  



  Diese bekannte Einrichtung hat den  Nachteil, dass sie zwecks ihrer Befestigung  am Rad besonderer Mittel bedarf, was zu  Umständlichkeiten Anlass gibt und die Kos  ten erhöht.  



  Diese Nachteile sind bei der Kotfangein  richtung gemäss vorliegender Erfindung da  durch vermieden, dass der Auffangring aus  einem Stück mit dem Radmantel besteht.  



  In der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist ein  Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstan  des' dargestellt und zeigt einen Querschnitt  durch die Einrichtung.  



  An der Felge 1 ist der Radmantel 2 in  bekannter Weise befestigt. Der Radmantel  besitzt eine Einlage 3, die aus Leinwand  streifen oder dergleichen besteht. Mit dem    Mantel 2 bilden die beiden Ringe 4, welche  den seitwärts spritzenden Kot auffangen sol  len, ein einziges Stück. Die Auffangringe  4 besitzen eine derartige Breite, dass sie bei  belastetem Fahrzeug nicht ganz den Boden  berühren, so dass der grösste Teil des seit  wärts spritzenden Kotes aufgefangen wird.  In den Ringen 4 sind Einlagen 5 angeordnet,  welche aus dem gleichen Material, wie die  Einlagen 3 bestehen können, und welche  mit dieser Einlage 3 zusammenhängen. Durch  diese Einlagen 5 wird den Ringen 4, die aus  elastischem Material bestehen, die notwendige  Festigkeit verliehen.

   An Stelle der gezeich  neten zwei Auffangringe 4 kann auch nur  ein einziger, auf der Aussenseite angeordneter       Auffangring    vorgesehen sein.

  These disadvantages are avoided in the Kotfangein direction according to the present invention because the collecting ring consists of one piece with the wheel jacket.



  In the accompanying drawing, an embodiment of the subject invention is shown 'and shows a cross section through the device.



  The wheel casing 2 is attached to the rim 1 in a known manner. The wheel jacket has an insert 3, which strip of canvas or the like consists. With the jacket 2, the two rings 4, which collect the droppings that splash sideways, form a single piece. The collecting rings 4 are so wide that they do not completely touch the ground when the vehicle is loaded, so that most of the manure that has been splashing downwards is collected. In the rings 4, inserts 5 are arranged, which can consist of the same material as the inserts 3 and which are related to this insert 3. These inserts 5 give the rings 4, which are made of elastic material, the necessary strength.

   Instead of the two receiving rings 4 signed designated, only a single receiving ring arranged on the outside can be provided.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Kotfangeinrichtung an mit Luftbereifung versehenen Fahrzeugrädern mit mindestens einem zum Auffangen des seitwärts spritzen den Kotes dienenden Ring aus elastischem Material, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Auffangring aus einem Stück mit dem Rad mantel besteht. UNTERANSPRUCH: Kotfangeinrichtung nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Auffangring eine Einlage aufweist, welche mit der Ein lage des Radmantels zusammenhängt.
