Vorrichtung an Damenfahrrädern zum Verhindern des Verfangens der Kleider. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Vor richtung an Damenfahrrädern zum Verhin dern des Verfangens der Kleider. Diese Vor richtung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass auf beiden Seiten des Hinterrades je ein fächer förmiger Schirm angeordnet ist., der einen ge bogenen, am Kotfänger lösbar befestigten Halter und ein elastisch dehnbares, wenig stens teilweise aus Metall bestehendes Schutznetz aufweist, wobei letzteres einer seits am Halter befestigt und anderseits mit einem Verbindungsglied versehen ist, welches das Netz mit dem Fahrrad in der Nähe des Hinterradlagers verbindet.
In der Zeichnung ist ein. Ausführungs beispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes im Auf riss veranschaulicht. Es bezeichnen 1 den Rahmen, 2 das Hinterrad und ä das Hinter- radlager des Fahrrades. Zu .beiden Seiten des am Fahrradrahmen befestigten Kotfängers 4 ist je ein fächerförmiger Schirm angeordnet, welcher ein Verfangen der Kleider zu ver hindern bezweckt.
Dieser Schirm besteht im wesentlichen aus einem Schutznetz 6, einem Netzhalter 7 und einem Verbindungsring 8, mittels welchem das Schutznetz an einem Haken 9 des Hinterradlagers lösbar befestigt ist. Der Netzhalter ist dem Kotfänger ent sprechend gebogen und an letzterem mittels Haken 10 oder ähnlichen Verbindungsorga nen lösbar befestigt.
Das Schutznetz ist ela stisch dehnbar und besteht zu diesem Zwecke aus einer mehr oder weniger grösseren An zahl Stahldrähte 12, die einerends am Halter 7 befestigt sind und anderends am Verbin dungsring 8 angreifen.
Diese Stahldrähte sind auf einem Teil 12' ihrer Länge schrau benförmig gewunden und daher federnd dehnbar, wodurch die Möglichkeit gegeben ist, das Schutznetz rasch und bequem am Fahrrad zu befestigen und wieder von dem selben abzunehmen. Beim Befestigen des Netzes wird vorerst der Netzhalter 7 am Kotfänger 4 angehängt, worauf das Schutz netz gespannt und der Verbindungsring 8 am Haken 9 eingehängt werden kann.
Die Metalldrähte 12 des Netzes können auch auf ihrer ganzen Länge schrauben- förmig gewunden, das heisst als Schrauben federn ausgebildet sein. Ferner wäre es mög lich, zwecks Erzielung eines federnd dehn baren Schutznetzes die Stahldrähte 12 durch Stränge zu ersetzen, die teilweise aus einer Schraubenfeder und teilweise aus einer Schnur oder einem andern nichtmetallischen Element zusammengesetzt sind.
Bei Fahrrädern mit Gepäckträger ist es mit Rücksicht auf das Auf- und Abmontie ren des Schutznetzes von Vorteil, wenn der Netzhalter 7 in zwei oder mehrere vonein ander unabhängige Haltersegmente geteilt und das Netz an allen Segmenten befestigt isst.
