Description
Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent Nr. <B>131100.</B> Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen, als Farbstoff verwendbaren Produktes. Es wurde gefunden, dass man ein neues Produkt erhält, wenn man Benvaldehyd, Bistilfit und das technische Gemisch eines Salzes der 1,5-Diamino-4,8-dioxy- und 1,8- Diamino-4,5-dioxyanthrachitiori-2-sulfosäure aufeinander einwirken lässt.
Das neue Produkt bildet, in trockenem Zustande ein dunkelblaues, in Wasser leicht mit reinblauer Farbe lösliches Pulver. Es eignet sich in hervorragender Weise zum Be drucken von Acetatseide.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 4 Teile eines technischen Gemisches von 1,5-diamino-4,8-dioxy- und 1,8-diamino-4,5- dioxyanthrachinon-2-sulfosaurem Natrium wer den mit<B>16</B> Teilen Wasser zn einem bomo- genen Teig angerührt, mit<B>16</B> Teilen einer zirka 40-volumprozentigen Natriumbisulfit- lösung und 4 Teilen Benzaldehyd versetzt und unter Rühren so lange auf Wasserbad- temperatur erwärmt, bis keine weitere Än derung der Lösungsfarbe mehr zu konstatieren ist.
Man dampft zur Trocke ein.

It has been found that a new product is obtained if benvaldehyde, bistilfit and the technical mixture of a salt of 1,5-diamino-4,8-dioxy- and 1,8-diamino-4,5-dioxyanthrachitiori-2- allows sulfonic acid to act on each other.
When dry, the new product forms a dark blue powder which is easily soluble in water with a pure blue color. It is ideal for printing acetate silk.
<I> Example: </I> 4 parts of a technical mixture of 1,5-diamino-4,8-dioxy and 1,8-diamino-4,5-dioxyanthraquinone-2-sulfonic acid sodium with <B> 16 parts water are mixed into a curved dough, mixed with 16 parts of an approximately 40 percent by volume sodium bisulfite solution and 4 parts benzaldehyde and heated to water bath temperature with stirring until no further change in the color of the solution can be detected.
One evaporates to dryness.
