Description

Rolirleitungselement with hooves. There are existing, welded pipe elements made of forged iron be known, in which the end sleeves are either welded or warm drawn (shrunk). When the subject of the present invention forming ge welded pipe element with socket, each of the parts united by welding mitein other has a correspondingly large socket part that extends from one weld to the other and consists of one piece with it.

The accompanying drawings show an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention. Fig. 1 shows the parts of a pipe bend with socket before the union, Fig. 2 shows the development of a pipe bend part and Fig. 3 is a side view, partially in section, of a finished pipe bend.

The two halves 1 and 2 of the drawn pipe bend, which are to be united by welding to form a whole, each have a socket half. Of the two side edges of both halves to be welded, one has the largest, the other the smallest radius of curvature.

The welding together can be done as follows, for example, the two halves made for example by pressing each from a suitably cut piece of sheet iron or steel are firmly clamped together; After the production of one weld, for example the one, 3, on the (convex) back, the workpiece is clamped differently and then the other weld, in the case assumed, the one, 4, executed in the (concave) groove. Autogenous welding is advantageously used.

Of course, straight pipes and pipes with branches, transition pieces, slip-ons, etc., such as those used in sewer systems, can also be used as pipe elements with sockets.

The pipeline element described can also be composed of more than just two parts that are united by welding.
