Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines festen     Diazosalzes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man durch Um  setzung von     Diazosalzlösungen    mit freier     p-          Chlorbenzolsulfosäure    oder einem ihrer Salze  weisse oder gefärbte feste     Diazosalze    er  hält, die sich durch eine gute     Abscheidbar-          keit    bei genügender Löslichkeit und gute  Beständigkeit auszeichnen.

   Zum Beispiel  eignen sich für das Verfahren Lösungen der  Salze von     diazotierten        Nitranilinen,        Chlor-          nitranilinen,        Dichloranilinen.    Chlor- und     Ni-          trotoluidinen,        Nitroaminophenolalkyläthern,     sowie     ortho-Aminophenolaryläthern.     



  Die neuen so erhaltenen festen     Diazosalze     sind wertvolle Produkte für die Zwecke der  Färberei und Druckerei. Unter Umständen  ist es zweckmässig, ihnen geeignete Verdün  nungsmittel und     Färbereihilfsprodukte    zu  zusetzen.  



  Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein  Verfahren -zur Darstellung eines festen     Diazo-          salzes    durch Umsetzung einer     Diazosalz-          lösung    des     4-Chlor-2-amino-l-toluols    mit  einem     p-chlorbenzolsulfosauren    Salz oder  auch mit freier     p-Chlorbenzolsulfosäure.       Das so erhaltene feste     Diazosalz    stellt ein  gelbliches und in Wasser lösliches Pulver  dar.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Eine     Diazolösung,    hergestellt aus 142  Teilen     4-Chlor-2-amino-l-toluol,    750 Teilen       15%iger        ,Salzsäure    und 70 Teilen Natrium  nitrit wird mit 258 Teilen     p-chlorbenzol-          sulfosaurem    Natrium verrieben.  



  Wenn die Umsetzung     beendgt    ist, wird  das ausgeschiedene     Diazosalz        abfiltriert    und  getrocknet.



  Process for the preparation of a solid diazo salt. It has been found that by reacting diazo salt solutions with free p-chlorobenzenesulfonic acid or one of its salts, white or colored solid diazo salts are obtained which are characterized by good separability with sufficient solubility and good stability.

   For example, solutions of the salts of diazotized nitroanilines, chloronitranilines, dichloroanilines are suitable for the process. Chloro- and nitrotoluidines, nitroaminophenol alkyl ethers and ortho-aminophenol aryl ethers.



  The new solid diazo salts obtained in this way are valuable products for the purposes of dyeing and printing. Under certain circumstances it is advisable to add suitable thinners and dyeing auxiliaries to them.



  The present patent relates to a process for the preparation of a solid diazo salt by reacting a diazo salt solution of 4-chloro-2-amino-1-toluene with a p-chlorobenzenesulfonic acid salt or with free p-chlorobenzenesulfonic acid. The solid diazo salt thus obtained is a yellowish and water-soluble powder.



  <I> Example: </I> A diazo solution prepared from 142 parts of 4-chloro-2-amino-1-toluene, 750 parts of 15% hydrochloric acid and 70 parts of sodium nitrite is mixed with 258 parts of p-chlorobenzenesulfonic acid rubbed in.



  When the reaction has ended, the precipitated diazo salt is filtered off and dried.

Claims

Claim: Process for the preparation of a solid diazo salt, characterized in that a diazo salt solution of 4-chloro-2-amino-1-toluene is reacted with p-chlorobenzenesulfonic acid or one of its salts. The solid diazo salt thus obtained is a yellowish and water-soluble powder.
