Waschtrichter. Gegenstand des Hauptpatentes ist ein Waschtrichter, bei welchem in dem Trichter in ungefähr halber Höhe ein Boden mit wenigstens einer Öffnung angeordnet ist, welche durch ein Verschlussorgan beim Hoch heben des Waschtrichters selbsttätig ver schlossen wird.
Beim Gegenstand vorliegender zusätzlicher Erfindung wird der durchlochte Boden durch eine Ringeinschnürung der Trichterwand ge bildet, die die einzige Öffnung des Bodens umschliesst und dem Verschlussorgan in seiner untersten Lage als Sitz dient. Hierdurch ist eine einfachere Herstellungsart erzielbar.
In der Zeichnung ist der Gegenstand der zusätzlichen Erfindung in einem Ausführungs beispiel dargestellt, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 einen Vertikalschnitt desselben und Fig. 2 einen Schnitt nach der Linie I-I der Fig. 1.
An dem Stiel 1 ist unten das zweiteilige trichterförmige Blechgehäuse 2 befestigt, wie beim Ausführungsbeispiel des Hauptpatentes. In den untern Rand des obern Teils dieses Blechgehäuses ist das zylindrische Stück 7 des untern Gehäuseteils eingebördelt, das eine Anzahl Löcher 8 besitzt. Unten am zylindrischen Teil 7 hat die Trichterwand eine Ringeinschnürung 4.
Diese Ringeinschnü- rung 4 bildet einen in ungefähr halber Trich- terhöhe befindlichen Boden mit einer grossen zentralen Öffnung 11; sie dient dem Ver- schlussorgan 6, das die Gestalt einer undurch- brochenen, frei mit ihrem Rande aufliegenden Abschlussplatte hat, in ihrer untern Lage als Auflage. 5 ist ein Sieb entsprechend dem des Ausführungsbeispiels des Hauptpatentes.
Beim Abwärtsstossen des Waschtrichters in einem Behälter, welcher Wäsche und Waschbrühe enthält, wird die Luft aus dem Teil des Waschtrichters unterhalb des Bodens 4, durch dessen Öffnung 11 unter Anheben der Platte 6 durch die Löcher 8 entweichen. Beim Aufwärtsheben des Waschtrichters kommt die Platte 6 in die in Fig. 1 mit ausgezogenen Linien gezeichnete Stellung, schliesst so für durch die Löcher 8 von oben eindringende Luft den Weg und erzeugt so unter der Platte 6 das Vakuum, wie im Hauptpatent.
Dadurch, dass der gelochte Boden durch eine Ringeinschnürung 4 der Trichterwand gebildet ist, also nicht durch einen beson deren, eingesetzten Teil, ist die Herstellung einfacher und billiger.
Washing funnel. The subject of the main patent is a washing funnel, in which a base with at least one opening is arranged in the funnel at approximately half the height, which is automatically closed ver by a closure member when the washing funnel is raised.
In the subject of the present additional invention, the perforated bottom is formed by a ring constriction of the funnel wall, which encloses the only opening in the bottom and serves as a seat for the closure member in its lowest position. This enables a simpler type of production to be achieved.
In the drawing, the subject of the additional invention is shown in an embodiment, for example, namely: FIG. 1 is a vertical section of the same and FIG. 2 is a section along the line I-I of FIG.
The two-part funnel-shaped sheet metal housing 2 is attached to the stem 1 at the bottom, as in the exemplary embodiment of the main patent. The cylindrical piece 7 of the lower housing part, which has a number of holes 8, is crimped into the lower edge of the upper part of this sheet metal housing. At the bottom of the cylindrical part 7, the funnel wall has an annular constriction 4.
This annular constriction 4 forms a base at approximately half the funnel height with a large central opening 11; in its lower position it serves as a support for the closure member 6, which has the shape of an uninterrupted closure plate resting freely with its edge. 5 is a sieve corresponding to that of the embodiment of the main patent.
When the washing funnel is pushed downwards in a container which contains laundry and wash broth, the air will escape from the part of the washing funnel below the bottom 4, through the opening 11 thereof, with the plate 6 being lifted through the holes 8. When the washing funnel is raised, the plate 6 comes into the position shown in solid lines in FIG. 1, thus closing the path for air penetrating through the holes 8 from above and thus creating the vacuum under the plate 6, as in the main patent.
The fact that the perforated base is formed by an annular constriction 4 of the funnel wall, that is to say not by a special inserted part, makes production simpler and cheaper.
