Stepped pulley gears for work machines, in particular for ring spinning machines. There are. Spinning mills that pay the workers employed on the ring spinning machines not according to production, but according to the number of revolutions of the delivery cylinder of the drafting system. These workers therefore strive to keep their machines running at the highest possible number of revolutions without taking into account the reduced production and quality due to the large number of line breaks.
In the case of drives with step pulleys with two speeds, for example according to patent no. 118285, class 96d, the workers, contrary to all instructions, always place the belt on the largest motor step pulley and do not use the advantages of a reduced speed during piecing and at the spool tip. This is not in the interests of the spinning mill owner, who is aiming for the greatest possible production without thread breaks and without reducing quality.
The spinning mill owners therefore demand that the movement of the belt from the smaller to the larger level and the reverse shifting of the belt from the large to the smaller level take place automatically, always at the moments that are favorable for bobbin formation. Such a device must be protected against arbitrary adjustment by the worker.
Since the duration of a bobbin formation, depending on the yarn number to be produced, can vary between 15 minutes for coarse and 14 hours for fine yarns, the device should also be designed so that the interim times between two shifts of the belt after one or the other Direction can be set in the simplest possible way by the master as required. Then the device must also be such that when the worker resets the machine for a new bobbin formation, all parts of the device automatically return to their original working position so that the worker only has to do the work required to operate the machine machine has to carry out the necessary manipulations.
In the accompanying drawings, a device is now shown as an embodiment of the subject invention, which meets the aforementioned conditions completely los, and only those parts that are necessary for the explanation of the invention are shown. Figures 1 and 2 show such parts in two different views; Fig. 3 to 5 also show A details, on a larger scale and partly in different working positions.
Two mutually adjustable guide disks 1, 2 each with a notch 1 'respectively. 2 'are driven by a worm gear 3, 4 and the flexible shaft 5 from the switching wheel bolt 6 of the ring spinning machine, not shown. During the formation of the coil attachment, the pressure of a spring 7 causes the pawl 9, which is arranged to be rotatable about a bolt 8, into the notch 2 'of the disk 2; thereby the ver sliding, but not rotatably seated on the shaft 11 sleeve 12 with the gear 14, which can rotate freely on the shaft 11, coupled. The wheel 16 of the shaft 11 is driven by the drum shaft of the machine.
The coupled wheel 14 now drives the wheel 17 of the threaded spindle 18 (Fig. 2), and it is thereby the verbun with the belt shifting device 19 dene nut 20 shifted to the right where the belt 21 slides on the large motor disc step 32. In this case, a spring 22 is also compressed, after which a rod 30 connected to the nut 20 has also moved the spring 22 and its bolt 24 so far that the adjusting ring 25 rests against a pawl 29.
At the end of the shift, a cam 26 of the rod 30, which is also moving along, lifts the pawl 26 so that the bolt 24 suddenly jumps to the right due to the tensioned spring 22, and the pawl 9 out of the notch 2 'through an inclined surface 28 on the bolt 24. unscrewed, the sleeve 12 is thus uncoupled again from the gear 14 and the spindle 18 with the displacement device 19 is stopped. The rod 30 is guided in a straight line by means not shown.
During the formation of the bobbin point, the pawl 10 falls into the notch 1 'of the disc 1, whereby a sleeve 13 is coupled to a wheel 15 which meshes with the wheel 17, so that the spindle 18 moves in the opposite sense as rotates earlier and thereby the belt 21 to the left, that is, back to the small step 31 is pushed ver.
The adjusting ring 35 rests against a pawl 39, which is now to be thought of in the position of the pawl 29 in relation to the bolt 24, and then the spring 22 3 is compressed. At the end of the movement, the cam 26 lifts the pawl 39 like that, the bolt 24 suddenly jumps to the left as a result of the tensioned spring 23, and the inclined surface 27 rotates the pawl 10 and disengages the coupling 13 from the gear 15 .
The two-sided blows from the bolt 24 are fixed by the adjusting rings 25 and 45, which each create the wall of the housing 46.
If, after completion of the coil, the ratchet wheel bolt 6 is turned back by the worker, the discs 1, 2 return to their initial position. During this turning back, the pawl 10 raised by the inclined surface 27 keeps the sleeve 13 out of engagement with the wheel 15, while the pawl 9 can fall into the notch 2 'of the disk 2 and the sleeve 12 couples with the wheel 14. So that this coupling can also return to its starting position, the pawl 9 rests against a spring-loaded tooth 41 that is rotatable about the bolt 40 (FIGS. 3 to 5) of the disk 2.
This tooth releases the path of the pawl 9 in that the latter is lifted by sliding over the tooth flank 42 (FIG. 5) and thus the sleeve 12 is brought out of engagement with the wheel 14.
Between the two disks 1, 2 be there is a leather washer 33 through which the loose disk 2 is coupled to the disk 1 fixed on the worm wheel shaft 43 when the nut 44 is tightened. By loosening the nut 44, the disk 2 can be quickly and easily compared to the disk 1 respectively. twist the notch 1 '. Setting the disc 1 respectively. the notch 1 'is done by turning the worm 4 of the gear 3, 4 with the shaft 5 disengaged.
