Description
Doppelhahn zum Nischen von Gas und Luft, z. B. für Gaskocher. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein Doppelhahn zum Mischern von Gas und Luft, zum Beispiel für Gaskocher. Bei demselben ist das Gehäuse eines regulierbaren Luftven tils achsial verschiebbar angeordnet und be herrscht eine Düse einer Gasleitung, so dass man sowohl das Gasluftgemisch in bezug auf das Verhältnis von Gas zu Luft regu lieren, als auch die 1tIerrge -des geförderten Gasgemisches verändern kann.
In der Zeichnung ist der Gegenstand der Erfindung in einem Ausführungsbeispiel im Vertikalschnitt dargestellt.
Es ist 1 ein Hahngeliäuse, das von einem Hahnkücken 2 durchdrungen ist. 3 ist eire Kanal für Gas der Gasleitung 21 und 4 ein solcher für Luft der Luftleitung 22. Der Kanal 3 ist durch einen Kanal 5 mit einer Gaskammer 6 verbunden, und der Luftkanal 4 durch einen Kanal 7 mit einer Luftkammer B. Beide Kammern 6 und 8 liegen nebenein ander in einem unten an das Gehäuse 1 an geschlossenen Gehäuseteil 9.
In diesem Ge häuseteil 9. ist eine hohle Ventilspindel 10 als Gehäuse eines Luftventils verstellbar ein geschraubt, welche an ihrem innern Ende einen konischen Ansatz 11 hat, der in eine konische Vertiefung 12 der Gaskammer 6 ragt, welche imt einem Kanal 13 zur Misch kammer 14 führt, in welche Luft durch durch Siebe 15 gesicherte Öffnungen eintreten kann. Diese Mischkammer 14 führt zu einem Bren- nerrohr 16, das in nicht dargestellter Weise zu einer oder mehreren Brenndüsen führt. Die Spindel 10 bildet mit ihrem Konus 11 und der konischen Vertiefung 12 ein Ventil für das Gas.
Die Ventilspindel 10 ist, wie gesagt, als Gehäuse und als Teil eines Nadel ventils für die Luft ausgebildet, indem sie eine Nadel 17 aufweist, die vermittelst Ge windebolzen 18 horizontal für sich allein ver schiebbar ist. Im konischen Ansatz 11 kann so der freie Durchgangsquerschnitt durch achsiale Verschiebung der Nadel 17 geändert werden. Der Innenraum 19 der Ventilspindel 10 steht durch Kanäle 20 mit der Luftkammer 8 in Verbindung.
Durch das Hahnkücken 2 kann durch Drehung um<B>90.0</B> die Zufuhr von Gas aus der Zuleitung 21, durch den Kanal 3, den Kanal 5 zur Luftkammer 6 und damit zur Mischkammer 14 unterbrochen werden. Gleich- zeitig wird dann die Zufuhr von Luft aus der Leitung 22, durch den Fanal 4, den Fanal 7 und die Luftkammer 8, die Kanäle 20 und das Innere der Ventilspindel 10 zur Mischkammer 14 auch unterbrochen.
Ist das Kücken 2, die Ventilspindel 10 und die Nadel 17 in der dargestellten Stel lung, so sind die Zugänge von Gas und Luft zur Mischkammer 14 offen. Nun kann man zunächst die Nadel 17 für sich allein achsial verschieben, wodurch die Grösse des freien Luftzutrittquerschnittes im konischen Ansatz 11 verändert werden kann. Es kann aber auch die Ventilspindel 10 gleichzeitig mit der Ventilnadel 17 achsial verschoben werden, wodurch die Menge des zugeführten Gases im Verhältnis zu der Zufuhr der Luft ver ändert werden kann.
Man' kann durch Drehen der Ventilspindel 10 relativ zum Gewindebolzen 18 dieselbe so weit achsial verschieben, dass die Nadelspitze die Bohrung im Konus 11 verschliesst. Man kann die Ventilspindel 10 durch Drehen so weit achsial verschieben, dass der Konus 11 die Vertiefung 12 schliesst.

The channel 3 is connected by a channel 5 to a gas chamber 6, and the air channel 4 by a channel 7 to an air chamber B. Both chambers 6 and 8 lie side by side in a housing part 9 that is closed at the bottom of the housing 1.
In this Ge housing part 9, a hollow valve spindle 10 is screwed adjustable as the housing of an air valve, which has a conical projection 11 at its inner end, which protrudes into a conical recess 12 of the gas chamber 6, which in a channel 13 to the mixing chamber 14 leads into which air can enter through openings secured by sieves 15. This mixing chamber 14 leads to a burner tube 16 which, in a manner not shown, leads to one or more burner nozzles. The spindle 10 forms with its cone 11 and the conical recess 12 a valve for the gas.
The valve spindle 10 is, as I said, designed as a housing and as part of a needle valve for the air by having a needle 17, which is mediated Ge threaded bolts 18 horizontally ver slidable by itself. In the conical extension 11, the free passage cross section can thus be changed by axially shifting the needle 17. The interior 19 of the valve spindle 10 communicates with the air chamber 8 through channels 20.
By turning the cock 2 by <B> 90.0 </B>, the supply of gas from the supply line 21, through the channel 3, the channel 5 to the air chamber 6 and thus to the mixing chamber 14 can be interrupted. At the same time, the supply of air from the line 22, through the fan 4, the fan 7 and the air chamber 8, the channels 20 and the interior of the valve spindle 10 to the mixing chamber 14 is also interrupted.
If the chuck 2, the valve spindle 10 and the needle 17 are in the position shown, the gas and air accesses to the mixing chamber 14 are open. Now you can first move the needle 17 axially on its own, whereby the size of the free air access cross-section in the conical extension 11 can be changed. However, the valve spindle 10 can also be axially displaced simultaneously with the valve needle 17, whereby the amount of gas supplied can be changed in relation to the supply of air.
By turning the valve spindle 10 relative to the threaded bolt 18, the same can be axially displaced so far that the needle tip closes the bore in the cone 11. The valve spindle 10 can be axially displaced so far by turning that the cone 11 closes the recess 12.
