Device for regulating the fuel and air supply for blue burners.
The invention relates to devices for regulating the fuel and air supply for blue burners, in which the fuel valve is coupled to the air valve for joint movement in order to achieve a constant mixing ratio. According to the invention, both valves are designed as cone valves with elongated valve cones and valve seats, and one valve is arranged completely above the other valve. The elongated channels formed by the valves, in contrast to known similar devices, e.g. B. Iting slide valves with passage slots, a particularly precise regulation, since the throttling extends over the entire length of these channels.
So it is not only achieved. that the passage cross-sections of both valves, but also the quantities of the components of the mixture passing through, increase and decrease precisely in a constant ratio. ive device is shown on the drawing in a vertical section.

trained. t is, the hollow shaft b of the valve plug c is supported by the screw thread d. By turning the handwheel e, the valve cone c can be moved against its seat f. The hollow shaft b receives the spindle 9 of a tip valve. which is screwed into the bracket k. The hole i in the upper part of the spindle is connected to the hollow of the shaft by the side holes k.
The seat l of the tip valve is carried by the valve cone c and moved with the latter.
The air passes through the barely m of the housing and the annular gap between the valve cone and seat / 'into the mouthpiece of the burner and mixes with it

The change in the amount of mixture remains constant, although only a single adjustment is made.
