Process for the production of bricked or concreted containers with inner tight lining, and containers produced according to this process. Containers made of masonry, cement, concrete, etc., such as those used as storage containers for liquids, are usually on the inner surface with a smooth BEZW after completion. insulating protective coating, for example clad with a smooth cement plaster or glazed tiles or covered with solidifying compounds, such as paraffin, resins, etc., which are applied in a liquid state or as panels, or equipped with a metal cladding.
All these coatings respectively. Clothing has the disadvantage that it does not hold tight in the long run. Claddings made of individually connected pieces cannot be produced seamlessly. The container surface is subject to changes that the coating BEZW. the clothing cannot withstand. In the end, there are joints in every cladding, which are the starting points for the destruction of the vessel, its contents and the cladding.
The destruction of such containers is also accelerated by the fact that the container fittings, which are used for filling, emptying and cleaning the container, for example, as well as the safety valves and control devices at various points in the container break through and that each of these openings gives rise to leaks : This is particularly because a tight connection between the clothing that was subsequently introduced and the fittings made of foreign materials is not possible.
According to the invention, these evils are avoided in that the inner clothing of the container is applied as a seamless, non-load-bearing, therefore stress-resistant covering on a load-bearing formwork used to shape the container and only then is the stone body in contact with this formwork covering becomes. The formwork covering can be made of flexible metal sheets (metal foils) or liquid, solidifying substances such as paraffin, or atomized metal or a flexible rubber layer. are formed.
1 and 2, the container ge according to the invention in an embodiment example in longitudinal section and in the front view from the inside schematically illustrated: Fig. 3 shows the front outer front view of the container.
The starting point is a cylindrical formwork (r, which serves as a load-bearing mold core for the reinforced concrete body b. Then the inner cladding is first formed on this formwork as a non-load-bearing covering or manufactured without joints. For example, a metallic wall (skin) is created. produced by atomization of liquid metal according to the known spraying process on the glat th surface of the formwork a or by compositing from metal strips c.
The metal skin is roughened on the upper surface so that it adheres well to the concrete, but easily detaches from the smooth formwork. The metal bands e are either welded or soldered over lapping or butt-jointed bands are connected by inner and outer surfaces d 'and d . In a similar way, the clothing of the floor of metal bands e is formed (Fig. 2), which are connected in the same way. To form the corners, special angle pieces f 'and f are used as inner and outer cover plates.
The clothing of the container can also ete in the form of a liquid, solidifying Mate rials, such as paraffin, resin, rubber. or in the form of an elastic skin made of rubber, caoutchouc etc., can be applied to the load-bearing formwork. If rubber bands are used, their joints are also covered with straps.
The reinforced concrete body b is then produced lying on this formwork covering, in which case it is expedient to ensure that the iron inlays of the concrete body do not come into contact with the formwork covering.
To achieve good adhesion between the formwork covering and the concrete body b, the former can be provided with a roughening or with a reinforcement made of adhesive fabrics, for example made of textile or metal fabrics.
After the concrete body has set, the formwork is removed through a manhole cut out in a floor.
The latter and the fittings of the Behäl age, for example the fittings for filling, emptying and cleaning the Be container, as well as the safety valves, inspection glasses ete. are combined in a common piece, which is connected seamlessly to the flooring when it is manufactured and then added. the production of the concrete body b is installed in this (Fig. 1 and 3).
The armature is supported by a metal plate g, which, prior to the production of the concrete body b , is welded to the formwork covering. Putty ete. Is seamlessly connected and has as many openings as it is necessary to equip the tank with fittings.
If the formwork covering is a metal body, the armature plate can be inserted into a corresponding recess in the same and connected to it by welding, soldering or otherwise firmly and seamlessly.
If the formwork covering is only made of a non-metallic material, for example rubber, caoutchouc, gutta-percha, etc., the connection can be made by using a suitable putty to the inside of the valve body, which is prepared by vulcanizing a rubber layer is firmly connected to the adjacent formwork lining before the concrete body is executed.
In addition, after cutting out the pieces of the Sehalungsbelags corresponding to the openings in the armature plate, the cut surfaces of the Sehalungsbelags by means of short sleeves, the inside of which sits on vulcanized rubber, by cementing with your Sehalungsbelag and by rolling. connected to the valve plate.
The Arma.turplatte contains the manhole h, a filling and emptying opening i., An opening k for the vent line iya, and optionally an opening for a safety valve, a pressure gauge, a washing water emptying opening 1.
Outwardly protruding metal bushings n, o, p, r- are inserted into these openings, which are used as permanent ones in the formation of channels in the concrete body, with the sleeve edges inside with the fitting plate g and outside with a walled in the concrete body or. with this inseparably connected wall panel s, verbun by welding, soldering, rolling, etc. are the.
The manhole can be closed by a cover that is movable inward and can be tightened by an externally applied bracket, not shown. The vent line nc, as well as the shut-off devices to be used for filling or emptying, can be fixed in the corresponding metal sleeves n, o by screwing in or by stuffing boxes t.
