  Verfahren     zur    Darstellung eines stickstoffhaltigen     Küpenfarbstoffes     der     Benzanthronreihe.       Gegenstand dieses Zusatzpatentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     Küpenfarb-          stoffes    durch Behandlung von     Di-(a-arithra-          chinonylamino)-Bz    1, Bz     1'-benzanthi-onylsul-          fid    mit einem alkalischen Kondensationsmittel,       insbesondere    alkoholischem Alkali.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Kondensiert     nianDibroinbenzaritbronylsulfid     - erhalten durch     Bromierung    von Bz 1, Bz     1'-          benzanthronylsulfid    in konzentrierter Schwefel  säure - mit     a-Aminoanthrachinon,    so erhält  man das     Di-(a-anthi-achinonylamino)-benzan-          thronylsulfid    als     rotbraunes    Pulver, das sich  in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit rein grüner  Farbe löst.  



  Ein Gewichtsteil     Di-(a-anthrachirionyl-          amino)-benzarithroiiylsulfid    wird mit 4 Ge  wichtsteilen     Ätzkali    und 3 Gewichtsteilen  Äthylalkohol bei 160 bis<B>180'</B> solange ver  schmolzen, bis kein unverändertes Ausgangs  material mehr nachzuweisen ist. Der Farbstoff  wird wie üblich isoliert und stellt ein blau-    schwarzes Pulver dar, das sich in konzentrierter  Schwefelsäure mit grüner Farbe löst und  Baumwolle aus blaugrauer     Küpe    blaugrau färbt.
