Holzhaus.

Woodhouse. The subject of the present invention is a wooden house in which the spaces from below by means of thresholds and above by means of binders are verbun which corner, door and window posts, unless they are saved as window and door openings, are filled by horizontal planks that engage with stepped ends on both sides in the longitudinal grooves of the post and are connected to each other and to the sleepers and binders by tongue and groove and are thus secured against throwing ge.
The subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing in one embodiment; It shows: FIG. 1 a part of a wooden house in a diagrammatic representation, FIG. 2 a section along the line AA in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 a plan view of FIG. 1, FIG. 4 the corner section on a larger scale, and FIG. 5 in a diagram the end of a filling plank in a larger hatred.
The floor beams 1 of the first floor work with their ends on the wall battens 3 arranged on the wall 2. The thresholds 4 are on the wall battens. the floor beams 1 placed. The floor beams 1 are anchored in the wall battens by means of pins 5 and the sleepers 4 are anchored in the floor beams 1 by means of pins 6, so that the parts mentioned form a rigid whole. On the thresholds, the corner, door and window posts are set up, of wel chen in Fig. 1 only one corner post 7 and two window posts 8 can be seen. The upper ends of the posts are connected to one another by means of ties 9. The posts are guided with pins 10 in corresponding recesses from the sleepers and binders.
The spaces between the posts are, unless they are left out as window and door openings, filled by horizontal planks 11, which engage with off ends 12 on both sides in longitudinal grooves 13 of the post, where a secure, air-tight fastening of the planks is reached in the post. The planks 11 are flush with the post on the outside.
The sleepers 4, the A binder 9 and the planks 11 are grooved lengthways at the top and bottom. and tongues 15 are inserted into these grooves 1-t which prevent the planks from being thrown and prevent the passage of air between the planks in the event of a gap.
The floor beams are above the binders 9; for a further floor in front of = (, see and above this another, sleeper train 17, on which there are again posts 7 and planks f 11 arranged between them.
The intermediate between the heads of the floor joists are filled with filler woods 18, which are inserted into the heads of the floor joists 16 with their lower ends on both sides, whereby a turning of these joists, which could occur in the course of time, The sleepers 4, 17 and the one countries 9 are kept somewhat wider, so that they protrude beyond the planks 11 on the inside.
If the wall formed by the planks 11 and posts is not clad on the inside with a panel, this can be attached to the cli corrugations and the ties above and below, in such a way that between the panel and the planks 11 an insulating air space is formed. A] - (- special cladding for attaching an external cladding is not necessary.
On an insulating layer. for example from roofing cardboard. can be an external cladding, for playing a game of wood shingles or Eternit slats. be posted directly. Buildings produced in this way have the advantage that they are resistant to fire, since the smooth surfaces do not offer any points of attack to the fire.
The erection of the wooden house is usually done in such a way that the wall battens 3 ,,
the floor beams of the first floor are placed on these with the filler wood 18 inserted, and the visual waves -1 are placed on these with mutual anchoring. Then one of the corner posts 7 of the first Stoekwerk is placed and the planks 1.1 of the one adjoining side wall under a fig of the springs 7:
