Description

  

  Verfahren zur     Tierstellung    eines neuen Farbstoffes.    Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen  Farbstoff erhält, wenn man     Diazobenzol    mit       1-(2'-Chlor)-phenyl-3        -methyl    - 5 -     pylrazolon     kuppelt. Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein gelbes  Pulver, das in Wasser unlöslich, in Benzol  oder andern organischen Lösungsmitteln mit  gelber Farbe löslich ist. Er erzeugt auf     Ace-          tylzellulose,    aus wässerigen Suspensionen  gefärbt, reine gelbe Färbungen von hervor  ragender Schönheit und Echtheit.  



  <I>Beispiel</I>  <B>11</B> Teile     1-(2'-Chlor)-phenyl-3-methyl-5-          pyrazolon    werden in verdünnter     Sodalösung     gelöst und mit einer     Diazolösung,    hergestellt  aus 4,6 Teilen Anilin, versetzt. Der in gel  ben Flocken abgeschiedene Farbstoff wird       filtriert,    gewaschen und getrocknet.  



  Zum Färben der     Acetylzellulose    wird er  zweckmässig nicht getrocknet, sondern in    Form des feuchten     Presskuchens    in Gegen  wart eines Schutzkolloides, wie zum Beispiel  einer Lösung von     Sulfitzelluloseablauge,    in  einer geeigneten Mühle verrieben.

The new dye forms a yellow powder which is insoluble in water, soluble in benzene or other organic solvents with a yellow color. On acetyl cellulose, dyed from aqueous suspensions, it produces pure yellow colorations of outstanding beauty and authenticity.



  <I> Example </I> <B> 11 </B> parts 1- (2'-chloro) -phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone are dissolved in dilute soda solution and mixed with a diazo solution prepared from 4,6 Share aniline, offset. The dye deposited in yellow flakes is filtered, washed and dried.



  To dye the acetyl cellulose, it is not expedient to dry it, but instead grind it in a suitable mill in the form of the moist presscake in the presence of a protective colloid, such as a solution of sulphite cellulose liquor.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Diazobenzol mit 1-(2'-Chlor)-phenyl-3-me- thyl-5-pyrazolon kuppelt. Der neue Farb stoff bildet ein gelbes Pulver, das in Wasser unlöslich, in Benzol oder andern organischen Lösungsmitteln mit gelber Farbe löslich ist. Er erzeugt auf Acetylzellulose, aus wässe rigen Suspensionen gefärbt, reine gelbe Fär bungen von hervorragender Schönheit und Echtheit.
