Method and device for manufacturing ver roped conductors. Conductors for electrical machines and apparatus, which are composed of individual conductors by means of cords in order to avoid eddy currents, can, if the individual conductors are round, on a wiring machine initially as waveguides with a round cross section. and then pressed together to form conductors of flat cross-section.
For individual conductors with a non-round, for example rectangular, cross-section, however, it was feared that they would be positioned in such a way that the cross-section of the entire conductor would not be well filled. In order to avoid this, another method was used in which the individual conductors were not stranded and which was consequently more laborious.
According to the invention, it is now made possible light to make the composite conductor with the help of stranding with good filling ago, and thus to gain the advantage of a times and quick production again. This is achieved in that the individual conductors are guided parallel to one another with their cross-sections during stranding. The conductors are expediently wound around a flat mandrel which is pulled out of the conductor after the winding is complete. After inserting a piece of insulation of appropriate strength, the conductor is then pressed together.
The method is illustrated in the drawing, which schematically shows an embodiment of a device for its exercise. With g the overall conductor is designated, which is composed of the individual conductors e which are wound around the mandrel d ge. The individual conductors are instead through a common, rotating around the conductor axis feed piece with holes for the conductor through individual Füh approximately pieces r for each individual conductor with a corresponding slot corresponding to the cross section of the individual conductor.
The guide pieces r are in turn stored in a rotatable around the Lei ter holder, which is not provided. An endless chain 1c runs around the guide pieces r and is also wound around a sprocket n which is driven by a gearwheel 7,2. The gear wheel z2 is also mounted on the holder for the guide pieces r.
It works. into a gearwheel z ,, which is stationary and its axis is in the axis of the conductor - When stranding, the wires e, the guide pieces r and the gearwheel z2 with the holder rotate in the specified direction of rotation around the axis of the conductor, which is in the specified longitudinal direction is moved.
The gear, z , runs on the gear z ,. and by means of the chain 1c, the guide pieces r rotates around the axis of the individual conductors e opposite to the direction of rotation of the individual conductors. The rotary movement of the feed pieces is matched to the rotary movement of their holder in such a way that the individual conductors with their cross-sections always remain parallel to one another. As a result, they wind themselves up with ease on the mandrel d , their approach to this being determined by the feed rollers v and the side rollers s.
The individual conductors can be stretched and laid in the Z'erseileinrichtung. But they can also be wound on drums, as with the known rope machines. In this case, it is possible, please include to produce a large number of bars consecutively one after the other. In order to avoid that the individual conductors are rotated during the transition from the drums to the guide pieces, the drums are advantageously arranged with their axes parallel and transverse to the overall conductor and rotated during the cycle so that they turn around during their rotation the ladder axis keep its axis direction.
They are - for this purpose in the common drum carrier as well as the guide pieces: e rotatably mounted in their holder.
