Balayeuse à, franges. La présente invention a. pour objet une balayeuse à franges, caractérisée en ce que la frange est pourvue d'un ourlet et se glisse sur une armature rigide formée d'une bande de métal repliée, dont un bout est libre pour l'introduction et la sortie de l'ourlet.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention.

La balayeuse se compose de trois parties réunies entre elles, mais séparables à volonté: l'armature ou patin 1, sur laquelle est enfilé l'ourlet 2 de la frange 3 et le manche -4.
L'armature 1 est constituée par une bande ou feuillard métallique rigide et suffisamment résistant, repliée en forme générale de rec tangle, triangle, losange, cercle, ovale, ou autre. Un des bouts 7 de cette bande est libre pour l'introduction de l'ourlet de la frange, lequel ourlet est glissé le long de l'ar mature jusqu'en 5, où, dans l'exemple des fig. 1 et 2, la bande est repliée en forme de douille 6. Cette douille est destinée à rece voir le bout du manche 1, et à cet effet,-elle peut être munie de filets, trous crevés, ou autres organes de fixation. Elle peut aussi recevoir une douille filetée y soudée, dans la quelle se visse le manche.
Comme il est indiqué aux diverses figures, le bout libre 7 de l'armature 1 est de préfé rence légèrement courbe pour former obstacle à la sortie de l'ourlet.
Au lieu de terminer la bande métallique par une douille de dimension fixe, on peut comme dans la, fig. 3 en rendre le diamètre variable, par une vis à ailettes 8. Cette douille réglable peut être lisse (sans filet) et elle s'adapte à tous les manches courants, le serrage de la vis 8 assurant une rigidité suf fisante des pièces réunies.
La balayeuse peut éventuellement être employée à la façon d'une brosse à main en prévoyant outre le manche une poignée que l'on peut mettre à la place du manche.

The frame 1 consists of a rigid and sufficiently strong metal strip or strip, folded in the general shape of a rectangular, triangle, rhombus, circle, oval, or other. Instead of ending the metal strip with a socket of fixed size, it is possible, as in fig. 3 make the diameter variable, by a wing screw 8. This adjustable sleeve can be smooth (without thread) and it adapts to all common handles, the tightening of screw 8 ensuring sufficient rigidity of the joined parts.
The sweeper can optionally be used in the manner of a hand brush by providing in addition to the handle a handle which can be put in place of the handle.
