      Verfahren    zur Darstellung eines     Küpenfarbstoffes.       F wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen       liüpenfarbstoff    erhält, wenn man     Brom-2    .     3-          naphthoxythiophen        (Brom-5        .6-benzo-2.3-di-          l@ctodihyclro-l-thion.aphthen)    mit. reaktions  fähigen     a-Derivaten    des     5.7-Dibromis-atins     nach bekannten Methoden kondensiert.

   Der  so gewonnene     Farbstoff        bildet    ein     blaues     Pulver, das sieh in Monohydrat mit oliv  grüner und in     Nitrobenzol    mit rötlicher  Farbe löst. Mit     Hy.drosulfit    und Natronlauge  erhält man eine     gelbbraune        Küpe,    aus wel  cher Baumwolle in echten dunkelblauen Tö  nen angefärbt wird. Der Farbstoff eignet  sich auch gut zum     Baumwolldruck.     



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  <B>279</B> Teile     Brom-2    .     3-naphthoxythophen          -#vcrden    mit der fünffachen Menge     Xylol    an  gerührt und mit 323 Teilen 5     A-Dibromisa-          tinchlorid,    gelöst in     Xylol,    langsam vereinigt.  Sofort     entwickelt    sich Salzsäure und die  Flüssigkeit färbt sieh     vi.olettblau;    durch ge-    lindes Erwärmen wird die Kondensation be  endet.  



  Nach dem Erkalten wird filtriert, mit  Chlorbenzol und dann mit Alkohol gewaschen  und der     getrocknete    Farbstoff eventuell  zwecks Reinigung aus konzentrierter Schwe  felsäure umgelöst.
