Cette forme d'exécution comporte une pièce métallique creuse a ayant la forme d'un corps de révolution dont l'axe est vertical et dont la génératrice, incurvée, va en s'écar tant de cet axe de bas en haut. La pièce est fermée à sa partie supérieure par un cham pignon métallique cylindro-conique b-c dontla, partie tronconique e repose sur elle;
Gas burner. The object of the invention is a gas burner, which can be supplied, for example, by lighting and heating gas, by air fueled by means of gasoline, ben zol, gasoline, alcohol etc.
It is characterized in that it comprises a hollow body receiving the gas and having slots at the periphery, arranged so as to form a crown, rolling the gas and forcing it to exit in the form of thin blades in contact with the gas. ambient air over a large area, in order to obtain complete combustion.
The appended drawing shows, by way of example, one embodiment of the burner. Figs. 1, 2 and 3 are respectively a side elevation, a longitudinal section and a plan.
This embodiment comprises a hollow metal part a having the shape of a body of revolution, the axis of which is vertical and the generatrix of which, curved, deviates from this axis from the bottom up. The part is closed at its upper part by a cylindrical-conical metal pinion b-c whose the, frustoconical part e rests on it;
part b is slightly convex outwards and has a large number of narrow radial slots also cl. spaced apart and located both on the circular surface e, constituting one of the two end surfaces of the fungus, and on the cylindrical face f of this fungus forming the peripherical surface thereof. Thanks to this arrangement each of them can be practiced .dans the fungus with a single stroke of the strawberry.
The rod g of said mushroom fits into a lower tube i of part a., Which serves as a guide; it is hollow and serves to bring air, taken under the burner, to the center of the flame.
The part a is provided with a tubing la teral -Tc through which the fuel gas arrives; the tubing ends with a flange e to which is. fixed a gin tap, on a tube n which will be threaded a flexible pipe. In the pipe the is formed an additional air intake opening o, which can be more or less closed by a flap p pivoted on it in q.
The operation of the embodiment shown is as follows: The gas, arriving through the. tubing la, penetrates into the body, consisting of the part u and the fungus b-c; it finds no other way out than the narrow slits d: the latter force it to escape in the form of thin blades in contact over a very large area with the combustion air arriving at them. either from outside the body, or by the hollow rod y.
There is therefore complete combustion of the gas and the possibility of reducing the flame to a large extent by the operation of the valve 11a. This flame, as a result of the arrangement of the slits d, takes a vertical direction.
The slits can be arranged otherwise; they may for example not be cbalement distributed over the periphery of the cham pinion b-c, or not be placed radially.
