Description

  

      Stoffdr        ücker        vorrichtung    für Nähmaschinen zum Sticken und Stopfen.    Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine von  der Nadelstange zu steuernde, an der Stoff  drückerstange anzuordnende     Stoffdrückervor-          richtung    mit schwingbar gelagertem Stoff  drückerfuss für Nähmaschinen zum Sticken  und Stopfen. Vor den bekannten gesteuerten  Stoffdrückern hat die vorliegende Stoffdrücker  vorrichtung den Vorzug der Einfachheit und  Billigkeit.  



  Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungs  gegenstandes ist auf der Zeichnung darge  stellt und nachfolgend beschrieben. Ein Stoff  drückerfuss     a,    eine die Nadelklemmschraube  mit Spielraum zu umgeben bestimmte ver  tikale Drahtschleife     b-c    und eine sie ver  bindende Schwingachse sind zusammen aus  einem Stück Draht, vorzugsweise Stahldraht,  gebogen.

   Die horizontale Schwingachse ist  frei drehbar in einer aus zwei Metallblätt  chen     di    und     d2    zusammengesetzten Führungs  klemme d gelagert, vermittelst welcher nach  Entfernung des normalen     Drückerfusses    die  Vorrichtung durch die Halteschraube des       Drückerfusses    an der     Drückerfussstange    be  festigt wird.

   Die Drahtschleife und der         Drückerfuss    sind somit auf- und     abschwing-          bar.    Der bezweckte Arbeitsvorgang beim  Sticken und Stopfen ist folgender:  Beim Niedergehen der Nadelstange drückt  die Klemmschraube für die Nähnadel auf  den federnden Teil b der Drahtschleife und  bewegt hierdurch diese und den damit in  Verbindung stehenden     Stoffdrückerfuss    a nach  unten. Der     Stoffdrückerfuss    wird hierbei so  lange fest auf den     Stoff    gepresst, bis beim  Hochgehen der Nadelstange die Nadelspitze  wieder aus dem Stoff herausgegangen ist.

    In diesem Augenblick gibt die Nadelklemm  schraube den     Schleifenteil    b wieder frei und  schleift am     Schleifenteil    c entlang, diesen  hierbei zurückbewegend und den Stoffdrücker  fuss a soweit vom     Stoff    abhebend, dass dieser  nach jeder Richtung hin frei bewegt werden  kann.

Before the known controlled pressers, the present presser device has the merit of simplicity and cheapness.



  An embodiment of the subject invention is shown in the drawing and Darge described below. A fabric presser foot a, to surround the needle clamp screw with clearance certain ver vertical wire loop b-c and a swing axis connecting them are bent together from a piece of wire, preferably steel wire.

   The horizontal swing axis is freely rotatable in a guide clamp d composed of two metal sheets di and d2, which means that after removing the normal presser foot, the device is fastened to the presser foot bar by the retaining screw of the presser foot.

   The wire loop and the presser foot can thus swing up and down. The intended work process for embroidery and darning is as follows: When the needle bar goes down, the clamping screw for the sewing needle presses on the resilient part b of the wire loop and thereby moves it and the associated presser foot a down. The presser foot is pressed firmly onto the fabric until the needle tip has come out of the fabric when the needle bar goes up.

    At this moment the needle clamp screw releases the loop part b again and grinds along the loop part c, moving it back and lifting the presser foot a far enough from the fabric that it can be moved freely in any direction.

CLAIM OF THE PATENT: To be controlled by the needle bar, to be arranged on the presser bar, a presser device with a swingably mounted presser foot for sewing machines for embroidery and darning pivoting axis of the upward and downward swinging pusher foot and this itself are made from a piece of wire.
