Fahrrad.
Bicycle. The present invention has a bicycle for the subject, which can be converted from a one-seater bicycle into a two-seater bicycle and the other way around, at wel chem on the bicycle frame a protruding over the back wheel support device for receiving a saddle for a second driver is fastened sol bar and furthermore the rear wheel axle is equipped with pedal cranks for the rear driver and is rotatably arranged and is in motion with the pedal crank axle for the front driver so that when driving the speed of rotation of both crank axles is the same,
so that the drive force delivered to the cranks of the rear driver is only transferred to the crankshaft actuated by the front driver and from this to the rear wheel.
The subject of the invention is shown in the drawing in an exemplary embodiment, and FIG. 1 shows a side view of the same, FIG. 2 shows the rear axle mounting in a larger scale and FIG. 3 shows a section along the line A-9. 2. 1 is the front wheel, 2 the chain wheel to be displaced by the cranks 4 provided with the pedals 3 in Dre hung, from which chain 5 the rear wheel 6 is driven by the chain wheel 8 attached to the hub 7 thereof.
The hub 7 is rotatably superimposed on the rear wheel axle 9 by means of balls, while the rear wheel axle 9 itself is rotatably mounted in ball bearings which are clamped in the support plates 11 by means of clamping screws 12. The support plates 11 are clamped to the rear fork ends 14 from the outside by means of screws 13. 15 are the chain tensioning screws, by means of which the support plates 11 can be moved for the purpose of tensioning the Ket, for which purpose the screws 13 are each somewhat to be loosened and the screws 13, like the at.
the ge by the support plates 11 carried bolts 17 hung heads 16 of the chain tensioning screws 15 guided through the slots 18 in this laterally displaced who the. At the ends of the rear axles 9 equipped with pedals 19 cure bars 20 are attached, and it is on the same between the left rear fork end 14 and the hub 7, a sprocket 21 is provided, which by means of chain 22 with a on the cranks 4 supporting shaft arranged sprocket 23 of the same dimensions is in motion connection,
whereby equality of motion is achieved in the two cranks and the drive force given to the cranks 20 from on the sprocket 2 and thus also on the rear wheel 6 is carried over.
At the rear fork ends 14 a connector 24 is provided; These nozzles serve to releasably attach the seat support fork 25, the upper end of which is connected to the part 26 of the bicycle frame by means of a rod 27 and carries the saddle 28 for the rear rider, while the saddle 29 supports the front driver operating the cranks 4 is provided. 30 is a support fork which is used for the rear driver and is fastened to the carrier of the saddle 29, and 31 is the handlebar for the front wheel 1 to be handled by the front driver.
As a result of the rotation of the rear wheel axle 9, which also occurs when the bicycle has been converted into a single bicycle by removing the seat support fork 25 together with the rod 27 and saddle 28, as well as the support fork 30 and the cranks 20 and the chain 22, in this case the rear wheel axle is automatically set in rotation by friction of the bearings knangn, the friction between the rear wheel axle 9 and Hin terradnabe 7 compared to the previous versions, where the rear wheel axle is provided stationary, is reduced.
The rear wheel axle 9 can be designed as desired. On the left-hand side, it can also have a bell or a raised shoulder, or also a fixed or screwed-on cone, depending on whether the hub carries pressed-in or screwed-in bearing shells. It could also be equipped with a resignation braking device known per se, whose actuation is done by the sprocket 8, for which purpose this is then not fixed on the vicinity 7 of the rear wheel 6, but on a part serving to actuate the brake got to.
When using the bicycle as a two-seater bike, the brake can also be operated by the rear rider, in that the chain wheel 2 can be operated in a retrograde direction by means of chain 22 and the brake can be operated from there by means of chain 5.
