Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Itüpenfarbstofes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen     neuen          Küpenfarbstoff    erhält, wenn man den 2.     3-          Naphthoxythiophen-2-indolinUigo    mit     chlorie-          renden    Mitteln behandelt.

   Man kann hierbei  so verfahren, dass man das Kondensations  produkt aus     2.3-Naphthoxythiophen    (5.6  Benzo-2 .     3-diketodilhydro-    (1)     -thionaphthen)     und,     a-Isatinanilid    oder     a-Isatinchlorid,    oder  das     Kondensationsprodukt    aus     2.3-Naph-          thoxythiophen    und     Chlor-a-Isatinanilid        bezw.          Chlar-a-Isatinchloricd    mit Chlor oder chlor  abspaltenden     Mitteln    behandelt.

   Der so er-,       haltene    Farbstoff bildet ein blaues Pulver,  das sich in Monohydrat mit olivgrüner und  in Nitrobenzol mit roter Farbe löst. Mit       Hydrosulfit    und Natronlauge bildet es eine  gelbbraune     Küpe,    aus der Baumwolle in ech  ten blauen Tönen angefärbt wird.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  66 Teile 2.     3-Naphthoxythioph@en-2-indol-          indigo    werden in 600 Teilen Nitrobenzol sus  pendiert, auf 140   angeheizt und tropfen  weise mit 45 Teilen     Sulfurylchlorid,    das in    100 Teilen Nitrobenzol gelöst, ist, versetzt.  Nachdem     alles        Sulfurylchlorid        zugetropft     ist, erhitzt man noch weiter, bis die     iSalz-          säureentwicklung    zu Ende ist. Nach dem  Erkalten wird filtriert und mit Alkohol ge  waschen.

  <I> Example: </I> 66 parts of 2. 3-Naphthoxythioph @ en-2-indol- indigo are suspended in 600 parts of nitrobenzene, heated to 140 and added dropwise with 45 parts of sulfuryl chloride, which is dissolved in 100 parts of nitrobenzene, is offset. PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Küpenfarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man den 2.3-Naphthoxythiophen-2-indol- indigo mit chlorierenden Mitteln behandelt. Der so erhaltene Farbstoff bildet ein dunkel blaues Pulver, das sich in Monohydrat mit olivgrüner und in Nitrobenzol mit roter Farbe löst. Mit Natronlauge und Hydrosul- fit entsteht eine gelbbraune Küpe, aus der Baumwolle in echten, blauen Tönen ange färbt wird.
