Description
Vorrichtung zur Ableitung der Reibungselektrizität aus dem Papier in Rotationsmaschinen. Bei Rotationsmaschinen besteht der Übel stand, dass, hauptsächlich bei Witterungs wechsel, im Herbst und Frühling, sich wäh rend des Betriebes Elektrizitätserscheinungen bemerkbar machen, die sehr störend wirken. Vorliegende Erfindung sucht diesen Übel stand zu beheben.
Auf der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungs- beispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes darge stellt.
Es zeigt Fig. 1 eine Ansicht eines quer zur Papierbahn angeordneten Trägers, wo bei ein Teilstück weggenommen ist; Fig. 2 zeigt den obgenannten Träger von unten ge sehen; Fig. 3 zeigt einen Schnitt nach a-a der Fig. 1; Fig. 4 zeigt eine perspektivische Ansicht der Vorrichtung an der Maschine; Fig. 5 zeigt schematisch die Anordnung der Vorrichtung an der Maschine, von der Seite gesehen.
hie Supports 1 der Vorrichtung sind am Maschinengestell 2 hinter dem zweiten Druckzylinder 13 zwischen diesem und dem Falzapparat befestigt. Sie besitzen liizigs= verschiebbare Schienen 3, in denen der Träger 4 quer zur Papierbahn 12 gelagert ist. Dieser Träger besteht in der Haupt sache aus elektrisch nicht leitendem Material und ist aus zwei Teilen 5, 6 (Fig. 3) zu sammengesetzt. Zwischen diesen Teilen ist ein Leitungsdraht 7 angeordnet, dessen En den durch je ein metallisches Verbindungs- glied 9 mit dem Maschinengestell verbunden sind.
Um erkennen zu können, ob Reibungs elektrizität im Papier vorhanden ist, ist im Träger 4 ein Kontrollgläschen 11 angeordnet. In diesem ist der Leitungsdraht 7 unter brochen, und von einem Drahtende zum an dern überspringende Funken werden dem Auge sichtbar. Am Leitungsdraht selbst sind im Abstand voneinander elektrisch leitende Borsten 10 angeordnet, die nahe an die Pa pierbahn heranreichen. Der Träger 4 könnte selbstredend auch über der Papierbahn an geordnet sein.

hie supports 1 of the device are attached to the machine frame 2 behind the second impression cylinder 13 between the latter and the folder. They have liizigs = displaceable rails 3 in which the carrier 4 is mounted transversely to the paper web 12. This carrier consists mainly of electrically non-conductive material and is composed of two parts 5, 6 (Fig. 3). A lead wire 7 is arranged between these parts, the ends of which are each connected to the machine frame by a metallic connecting member 9.
In order to be able to see whether there is frictional electricity in the paper, a control glass 11 is arranged in the carrier 4. In this, the wire 7 is broken, and from one end of the wire to the other sparks are visible to the eye. On the lead wire itself electrically conductive bristles 10 are arranged at a distance from each other, which come close to the Pa pierbahn. The carrier 4 could of course also be arranged over the paper web.
