Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zum Einführen von Filterpfropfen in parallel hintereinänderliegende, auf einer Förderbahn absatzweise vorgeführte Zigarettenhülsen. Bei Vorrichtungen dieser Art ist es bekannt, die Filterpfropfen von einem Strang abzutrennen, der durch eine Fördervorrichtung den Kammern eines Drehkreuzes zugeleitet wird, das die Pfropfen an diejenige Stelle bringt, an der sie in die Zigarettenhülsen eingeführt werden.The invention relates to a device for introducing filter plugs into cigarette tubes which are parallel one behind the other and which are presented intermittently on a conveyor track. Die in bekannter Weise von einem Strang abgetrennten Zigarettenhülsen Z werden auf zwei in bekannter Weise mit Mulden 5' versehene Ketten S abgelegt, deren Trommeln 6, 6 und 6', 6' jeweilig auf einer gemeinsamen Achse sitzen. Die Förderbänder 5, die schrittweise bewegt Werden, führen nun die 1 Zigarettenhülsen vor einen Stopflöffel 7, der einem Drehkreuz 8 zugeordnet ist. Das Drehkreuz 8 trägt, wie insbesondere atis Abb. 2 ersichtlich ist, Kammern 9, in die an der mit χ (s. Abb. 1) bezeichneten Stelle «in von dem Filterstrang St durch die Messer IO abgetrennter Pfropfen eingetragen wird. Der StrangSt kommt von einer Bobinen und besteht aus eirem mit Bezug auf Aussehen, Elastizität und Geschmack dem Zigarettentabak entsprechenden Fasergebilde bzw. aus imprägniertem Papier. Es ist selbstverständlich, daß der Strang St auch mit Bezug auf seinen Querschnitt der Hülsenform angepaßt ist.
