Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Azosäurefarbstoffes. In einer deutschen Patentschrift wurden Fasen beschrieben, welche durch Einwirkung von aliphatischen Ketonen auf die Salze der Anilinbasen entstehen, und als deren An fangsglied das aus Aceton und salzsaurem Anilin erhältliche Di.aminodiphenyldimethyl- methan anzusprechen ist.
Es wurde nunmehr gefunden, da.ss sich die Tetrazoverbindung des p-p'=diamino-;diphenyl- dimethylmethäns in alkalischer Lösung mit dem 1-(2'-Chlor-5'-siilfo)-phenyl-3-methyl-5- pyrazolon zu einem Farbstoff verbindet, wel- eher Wolle im sauren Bade vorzüglich wasch- und walkecht und sehr gut lichtecht grünstichig gelb färbt.
Beispiel: 22,6 kg p-p'-Diamino-diphenyl-dimethyl- methan (Fp 132') werden in bekannter Weise tetrazatiert und in sodo- oder bicar- bonat-alkalischer Lösung gekuppelt.mit 64 kg des Natriumsalzes des 1-(2'-Chlor-5'-sulfo)- phenyl-3-:
methyl-5-pyra.zolons. Der Farbstoff wird in bekannter Weise isoliert und liefert auf Wolle grünstichig gelbe Färbungen von vorzüglicher Wasch-, Walk- und Licht echtheit.
Process for the preparation of an azo acid dye. In a German patent, phases were described which are formed by the action of aliphatic ketones on the salts of the aniline bases, and the di.aminodiphenyldimethyl methane obtainable from acetone and hydrochloric aniline is to be addressed as the starting element.
It has now been found that the tetrazo compound of p-p '= diamino-; diphenyl-dimethylmethane in alkaline solution with 1- (2'-chloro-5'-silfo) -phenyl-3-methyl-5- Pyrazolone combines to form a dye which dyes wool in an acidic bath with an excellent wash and squelch fastness and very good lightfast greenish yellow.
Example: 22.6 kg of p-p'-diamino-diphenyl-dimethyl-methane (mp 132 ') are tetrazated in a known manner and coupled in a soda or bicarbonate-alkaline solution. With 64 kg of the sodium salt of 1- ( 2'-chloro-5'-sulfo) - phenyl-3-:
methyl-5-pyra.zolons. The dye is isolated in a known manner and provides greenish-tinged yellow dyeings with excellent wash, milled and light fastness on wool.
