Auf beiliegenden Zeichnungen sind bei spielsweise Ausführungsformen einer Steue rung nach der Erfindung dargestellt. Fig. 1 veranschaulicht die Erfindung in Anwendung auf einen Wechselstrom-Aufzug- motor mit einer Geschwindigkeit; - Fig: 2 zeigt die Anwendung der neuen Steuerung auf einen Gleichstrommotor mit zwei Geschwindigkeiten; Fig. 3 stellt eine Abänderung der Aus führung nach Fig. 2 dar, bei der ein Haupt windemotor mit zwei Geschwindigkeiten und ein Hilfsmotor mit nur einer Geschwindigkeit vorgesehen ist;
Fig. 4 veranschaulicht eine Abänderung der in Fig. 3 dargestellten Einrichtung, bei der sowohl der Hauptmotor, -wie auch der Hilfsmotor zwei Geschwindigkeiten besitzen: Fig. 5 zeigt einen elektrischen Aufzug mit zwei Wechselstrommotoren, die aber durch eine Druchknopfvorrichtung bekannter Ausführung betätigt --erden. Die Motoren sind jeder nur mit einer Geschwindigkeit ausgestattet;

Wenn der Fahrstuhl vom ersten zum drit ten Flur bewegt werden soll, so wird der Druckknopf im dritten Flur oder der dritte Druckknopf im Fahrstuhl gedrückt. Dadurch wird ein Stromkreis geschlossen, der wie folgt verläuft: Von der Phase III über Lei tung 8, Sicherung, Leiter 9, Sicherheits schalter, Leiter 10, Grenzschalter, Leiter 11 und 12, Kontakte 13 und 13' des Schalters C', Leiter 14, Kontakte 15 und 15' des Schalters B", Leiter 16, Kontakte 17 und 17' des Schalters C, Leiter 18, Kontakte 19 und 19' des Schalters B und Leiter 20 und 21 zum dritten Knopf im Fahrstuhl, beziehungs weise zum Knopf im dritten Flur;
Control, in particular for electric elevators. This invention relates to a control, in particular for electric trains, and aims to enable the latter to stop exactly at the height of the landing point.
It is known that elevators are exposed to different loads and that, as a result, differences in the length of the distance required for braking are unavoidable. Stopping at exactly the same height as the ground at the landing site can therefore not be achieved in a uutomatic way, except through the use of compensating means. In view of the lack of such reliable means to achieve this end, the push-button system in the electric elevator apparatus, notwithstanding its significant advantages, has only been used to date
where it was a question of slow-moving passenger elevators, where differences in stopping are not considered.
In the installations monitored by a switching device in the elevator, the operator who wants to make a landing will usually slow down too early, resulting in a loss of time and often a loss of strength. If the elevator is not level with the landing point, it will use the so-called "centimeter compensation" and try to trigger gon- clocking of a very short duration, to which the elevator will react if there are small differences in distance. Usually the aforementioned maneuver has to be repeated several times.
The jerky movement that results is not only harmful to the device, it is also reprehensible because of the loss of time and energy.
Purpose of the invention is to be reliable. To create means to automatically stop the elevator at exactly the same height as the floor of the landing point, means that are especially suitable for elevators of great speed and work with minimal loss of time.
In the accompanying drawings, embodiments of a control system according to the invention are shown for example. 1 illustrates the invention as applied to an AC elevator motor at one speed; FIG. 2 shows the application of the new control to a two-speed direct current motor; Fig. 3 shows a modification of the imple mentation of Figure 2, in which a main winch motor with two speeds and an auxiliary motor is provided with only one speed;
Fig. 4 illustrates a modification of the device shown in Fig. 3, in which both the main motor and the auxiliary motor have two speeds: Fig. 5 shows an electric elevator with two AC motors, but operated by a push button device of known design - earth. The motors are each only equipped with one speed;
FIG. 6 shows a modification of the device according to FIG. 5; the motors here are DC motors, both of which have two speeds; Fig. 7 illustrates a rotating brake used in the devices shown in Figs. 3, 4, 5 and 6; Fig. 8 shows the brake according to Fig. 7 in side view.
The main motor circuits run as usual. The automatic shutdown is made possible in Figures 1 to 4 by the addition of a switch which is mounted on the elevator itself and which is arranged so that it can engage cams 1 and 1 '. A contact 2 is attached to an arm 3, at the end of which a roller 4 sits.
The end of the switch 3 trotting the role is heavier than the other end, so that the arm 3 is lowered in every position in which the shaft is not supported by a cam and the contacts 2 and 2 'engage with one another, it does not matter whether the magnet A is excited or not. her contact 2 'sits on the arm), which is actuated by the magnet A bc.
If the magnet A is not energized, a spring 6 tends to move the arm and the contact 2 'in the illustrated labe. If the magnet A is excited, the contacts 2) and 2 'come into contact with one another, and as the movement continues, the roller 4 moves out of the area of the cams mouth 1'.
Let it now be assumed that the elevator at the first landing point in the Fig. 1. the position shown is stationary and will be moved to the third landing point. The travel switch lever 7 is turned on the right, so that the current from phase III through the knife 8 of the main switch S, conductor 9, 10, 11, contact 12,
Contact segment 13 and contact 14 of the travel switch via conductor 1.5, coil 16 of auxiliary switch E, conductor 17, coil 18 of reversing switch C, conductor 19 and 20 and knife 1.6 of switch S to phase II can flow.
When switch E is activated, contacts 21 and 21 'are opened, which together with the coils of switches F and G are in a feed line, and which therefore remain ineffective for half as long as the solenoid of switch E is replaced by Ver by means of the drive switch -is energized. When reversing switch C is activated, the circuits for the upward movement are closed and the speed of the elevator increases,
since the acceleration magnets II and <I> I </I> automatically come into operation one after the other and short-circuit the resistor on the motor. When the contacts 22 and 22 'of the switch C engage, the magnet A is energized.
The relevant current runs from phase I via knife 2: 3 of switch 8 ", conductors 2-1: and \? 5, auxiliary contacts 22 and 22 'of reversing switch C, conductors 26 and 27, magnetic coil of switch A, conductor 213, Contact 29, segment 13 and 'contact 12 of the drive switch, conductors 11, <B> 10 </B> and 9 and knife 8 of the holder 8 to phase III. At Ii:
Regunb of the coil A, the contacts and 2 'are closed and the roller 4 is withdrawn from the area of the cams 1 and 1' etc. As soon as the contacts 2 and 2 'come into engagement with one another, the coil of the switch L is excited, and at the same time a self-locking circuit for the magnet C is closed.
The magnet L receives current from the phase TI via knife 16 of switch <B> S </B>, conductors 20, 19 and 30, coil of switch L, conductor 31, contacts 2 and \? ', Conductors 32, 11 , 7.0 and 9 and knife 8 of the switch S, which is on phase III.
The self-locking current takes the following course: From phase II via knife 16 of switch <B> S </B>, conductors 20 and 19, coil of switch C, conductor 17, coil of switch E, conductors 15 and 33, contacts 34 and 34 'of switch D, conductor 35, auxiliary contacts 36 and 36' of switch C, conductors 37 and 38, knife switch 39 in the elevator, conductor 31, contacts 2 and 2 'of switch A, conductors 32, 11, 10 and 9 and Knife 8 of the switch S 'to phase III.
The self-locking removes the driver's control of the engine for the given time. The guide can, however, reverse the movement of the elevator if he wants. there. When the coil D is energized, the associated contacts 34 and 34 'are immediately separated and the aforementioned self-locking circuit is interrupted.
When the switch L is energized by closing the contacts 2 and 2 'of the switch A, the rollers 40 and 41 are withdrawn from the area of cams 42 and 42', and 43 and 43 '. This is done by means of the lever 44, which is mechanically connected to the core of the switch L and on whose arms drivers for actuating the rollers 40 and 41 are seated. The alignment contacts 45 and 45 ', as well as 46 and 46' then close. This contact circuit is made ineffective sam by the separation of the contacts 57 and 51 'from one another. To stop in the third hallway, the guide brings the drive switch lever 7 to the central position shortly after leaving the second hallway.
Because of the above-mentioned self-locking circuit, the only effect is that the excitation of magnet A ceases. Since there is no cam at this point that could stop the movement of arm 3 of switch A, contacts 2 and 2 'will not smell under]). The elevator therefore continues as if nothing had happened until the roller 4 of the switch A hits the cam 1 '. As soon as the role runs up on the cams 1 ', the contacts 2 and 2' are separated. They open the self-locking circuit and the circuit for the coil of switch L.
All switches return to their normal position and cause the power supply to be interrupted and the brake O to be applied. The alignment device can, however, beforehand, i.e. before both switches E and L are reset to the rest position. not taking control. The power supply to the magnets of these switches is interrupted when the roller 4 runs onto the cam 1 '. This happens just before the elevator reaches the landing in the third corridor.
It is therefore evident that one or the other of these magnets can be set up (using air buffers if necessary, so that the return to the rest position is delayed long enough to allow the elevator to operate, only under the influence of switch A. to come to a standstill at the same height as the landing site.
With a suitable design and arrangement of the cams 1 and 1 'it can be achieved that the average loads can be brought to a standstill without the help of the alignment device at the same level as the landing site, so that the alignment device only serves to avoid exceeding or falling below the Correct the landing point, which can be traced back to other loading conditions.
By: opening the knife switch 39, the above-mentioned self-locking current relay remains open. The driver therefore regains full control over the engine and the stopping process. He can either use the drive switch to bring the elevator to a standstill flush with the landing area or leave the drive switch in the middle position, in which case the alignment device automatically brings the elevator to a standstill at the correct height.
It is now assumed that (let the elevator come to a standstill below the landing point. Then, when the circuit of switch L is interrupted and the relevant ILZ. Is returned to its normal position, the arms on which the rollers 40 and 41 sit , by the springs 52 and 53 the effort to return to their normal position (Fig. 1).
The INTock 42 'is in the area of the roller 40, so that only the arm on which the roller 41 is seated returns to its normal position and the contacts 45 and 45' are separated from each other, while the contacts 46 and 46 'are in engagement stay together.
As soon as the switches L and E are both returned to their normal position, the circuit associated with switch G is closed, which is as follows; runs: From phase III via knife 8 of switch .S, conductors 9, 1.0 and 54, contacts 51 and 51 'of switch L, conductors 55 and 56, contacts 46 and 46' of the Einflucbtvorrichtung, conductor <B> 57, < / B> Coil of switch G, conductor 58, contacts 59 and 59 'of switch D, conductor 60, contacts 21 and 21', conductor 61, 30, 19 and 20 and knife 16 of switch S to phase 11.
The relevant current excites the switch G, which closes its contacts 62 and 62 'and re-establishes the circuit for the upward-reversing holder C.
This takes the following course: From phase III via L1lesser 8 of the switch S, head 9. 1.0 and 54, contacts 51 and 51 'of the switch L, conductor 55, resistor 63, conductor 64, contacts 62 and 62' of the switch G. , Conductors 65 and 17, coil of switch C ,. Conductors 19 and 20 and knife 16 of switch <B> 8 </B> for phase 1I. So it turns out
that the switch G restores the motor circuits and that the elevator continues its upward movement until the roller 40 of the alignment device runs off the cam 42 '. Then the contacts 46 and 46 'are mechanically separated from each other, and accordingly, the circuit of the switch G is interrupted, the contacts 62 and 62' in turn again interrupt the circuit of the switch C and bring the motor to a standstill. Meanwhile, the elevator is level with the landing point.
Should the elevator have reached such a speed that it drives over the landing point, the roller 41 of the alignment device runs on the cam 43 'and brings the contacts 45 and 45' of this device into engagement with one another. It also closes the circuit of switch F, whose contacts 66 and 66 ', as soon as they come into engagement with one another, close the circuit for the down-turn switch 13, which, as soon as it comes into operation, starts the elevator backwards to the landing point continues until the roller 41 runs off the cam 43 '.
With a suitable arrangement of the cams 43 and 43 ', as well as 42 and 42' and appropriate setting of the alignment device, it can be achieved to automatically bring the elevator to the same height as the landing point and to keep it at this height when the Elevator for whatever reason, for example as a result of lengthening or shortening the ropes, when loading or Unloaded to stand a little below or above the landing floor.
From the above it follows that the greater the normal speed of the elevator, the greater the expansion of the stopping zone above and below the landing point, as well as the number of pendulum links before the elevator is flush with the landing point Standstill comes. At certain elevator speeds it is therefore advantageous to use motors with multiple speeds. A corresponding embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in FIG.
The electricity supply here comes from a Gli @ iclistroinstelle. The motor is equipped with:; wi, i speeds and the control is carried out by means of a switch in the :: chair itself. The different speeds are achieved by influencing the shunt field, and slowing down and stopping are automatic.
By opening the knife switch 39 mounted in the elevator, both the slowing down and the stopping process are brought under the control of the driver, and the alignment device is only used to correct the oversight when the vehicle is stopped.
Apart from the two speeds, the operation of the device shown in FIG. 2 is the same as that of the veranscaulichten in FIG. The switch _4 is equipped here with two pairs of contacts, of which the pair 2 and 2 'to the self-locking circuits of the reversing switch B and C and the other pair 18 and 18' to the. Switch K self-locking circuits belong. The cams Z and l 'have a double effect. If the driver wants to stop, he brings his drive switch to the middle position and continues until the roller 4 against the cam 1. ' beats.
The first effect is now that the contacts 18 and 18 'are separated and the switch K is caused to drop, whereby the lower speed is restored again. When the roller 4 continues to run on the cam 1 ', the arm 3 of the switch A finally separates the contacts 2 and 2', so that the reversing switch drops out, where the motor is stopped. The circuit of the coil of the direction switch L is interrupted simultaneously with the interruption of the current flowing through the reversing switch coil.
Since this happens immediately before reaching the landing site on the part of the elevator, it practically comes to a standstill before the alignment device can take effect. The cams 1 and 1 'can therefore be designed and arranged in such a way that a flush stop is actually achieved under medium load without the alignment device having to come into operation.
Figures 3, 4, 5 and 6 show various uses of the invention in two-motor elevators. In such elevators, the usual elevator work is done by the main pulling motor, while the auxiliary motor is controlled by the alignment device in such a way that the elevator is moved towards the landing point when it is passed or not reached.
A rotating brake of the type described in FIGS. 7 and 8 of American Patent No. 1268111 of June 4, 1918, is used as a coupling to connect the two motors.
On the shaft 100 (Fig. 7 and 8) of the main motor M, a brake disc P is placed, while on the shaft of the auxiliary motor X, a worm 102 sits, which is with a worm gear 103 in engagement. The latter sits loosely on the shaft 100 of the main engine. The braking device 0 is rotatable together with the worm wheel 103 around the brake disc. The connection of the braking device to the worm wheel is made by arms 104.
As is known, the braking device can be designed in such a way that the brake shoes 105 are released electrically, for example by means of the electromagnet 0, and applied mechanically, for example by means of the usual brake springs 107.
Fig. 3 shows an embodiment which is fed by a direct current source, represents. The main motor has two and the auxiliary motor has only one speed. The speed reduction of the main motor takes place automatically if the knife switch 39 is not open in the elevator, which gives the leader full control over the main motor to the extent that he can bring the elevator to a standstill within the stopping zone.
It is now assumed that the elevator chair is to be moved from the first to the third floor. The leader then puts the drive switch lever 7 to the right, so that the segment 13 connects the contacts 12, 14 and 1.5 mitein other. This closes a circuit that runs from the positive main line via the conductors 8 and 9, coil of the upward reversing switch C, conductor 10, contact 14, segment 13, contact 12 and conductors 16 and 17 to the negative main line, and the reversing switch C occurs in action.
When the contacts 22 and 22 'mitein other engage, the circuit for the coil of the switch L of the alignment device is closed. The core concerned pulls the rollers 40 and 41 out of the area of the cams 42 and 42 'and 43 and 43' zix- back. Then the contact pairs 45 and 45 ', as well as 46 and 46' close; but they remain ineffective since the common power supply through the contacts 51 and 51 'of the switch L is cut off.
The circuit belonging to the switch L runs from the positive main line via conductor 18, auxiliary contacts 22 and 22 'of switch C, conductors 20 and 21, coil of switch L, and conductors 23, 24 and 17 back to the negative main line.
Are all main contacts of Sehal age C closed, so. the rotating brake 0 is released and the motor begins to run in the upward direction, its speed increasing as the acceleration magnet H gradually turns off the starting resistor. The circuit for the rotating brake is as follows: From the positive main line via con tacts 27 and 27 'of switch C, conductors 28, 29 and 100, brake coil of 0 and conductor 101. to the negative main line. On the last arms of the acceleration magnet 11 are the auxiliary contacts 25 and 25 ', which close the circuit of the switch K as soon as they engage with each other.
When the coil of the switch 1i is excited, the connection between the contacts 26 and 26 'of the switch 1% is interrupted by the core concerned. As a result, the shunt field resistance is switched in series with the secondary field of the main motor, whereby the elevator is brought to its full closed loop speed.
The current flow for switch K is as follows: From the positive main line via contacts 27 and 27 'of switch C, conductors 28, 29 and 30, auxiliary contacts 25 and 25' of holder 11, conductor 31, Coil of switch 1i :, conductor 32, coil of switch A, conductor 34, contact 15, segment 13 and contact 12 of the travel switch and conductors 16 and 17 to the negative main line.
As soon as the switch comes into operation, the coil of switch A receives power, and the relevant core first closes contacts 2 and 2 'and finally moves arm 3 back so far that roller 4 is outside the range of cams 1 and l. ' comes to rest. When contacts 2 and 2 'engage with each other, a delay atronil circuit is closed for switch K, thereby removing control of this switch from the operator for the time in question. By opening the Mes serschalters 39 in the elevator, however, the delay circuit is interrupted again and the switch K is brought back under the rule of the leader.
The delay circuit has the following course: From the coil of the switch K via conductor 32, resistor 35, conductor 36, contacts 2 and 2 'of the switch A, conductor 37, knife switch 39 and conductors 38 and 17 to negative main line.
The elevator is now running at high speed. To shut down the elevator in the third hallway, shortly after crossing the second hallway, the driver moves the Fahrsch.alterliebel 7 so far towards the middle that the segment 13 leaves contact 15. As a result, switch A loses its excitation and gives. the switch arm 3 free. At the point in question there is no cam that could finite the role 4 in a handle.
The contacts 2 and 2 'therefore remain closed, so that the switch K also remains energized. The elevator therefore continues to travel at high speed. Just before he reaches the third floor, the roller 4 of the switch A meets the cam 1 '. This opens the contacts 2 and 2 ', the switch K is released and a low speed is brought about.
This facility relieves the guide of assessing the time point where he has to reduce the speed; it also avoids the loss of time that occurs in the previously common facilities as a result of early reduction in driving speed. As the elevator approaches the landing site, the guide is better able to watch the landing precisely.
At the appropriate time, he brings his false switch lever to the middle position in order to shut down the elevator flush with the landing point. If he misses the landing point, the stopping device at the correct altitude is automatically effected by the entry device.
If the guide wants to have complete control of the elevator in order to cause it to slow down as desired, he opens the knife switch 39; thereby it interrupts the circuit of the holding magnet K, and the deceleration is made possible by the drive lever 7 is moved enough against the center to break the contact between 13 and 15 to un.
In the event that the elevator should come to a standstill below the landing point, the roller 41 of the alignment device is pulled back by its spring 53 into the position shown in FIG. 3 -, while the roller 40 hits cam 42 'so that contacts 46 and 46' remain closed. If the switch L is moved back into its rest position and the contacts 51 and 51 'engage with one another, it holds the upward reversing switch C' for the auxiliary motor current.
This flows from the positive main line via line 8, auxiliary contacts 54, 54 'of switch B and 55, 55' of switch C, conductor 59, coil of up, downward switch C ', conductor 60, contacts 56 and 56' of the switch B ', conductor 61, contacts 46 and 46' of the alignment device, conductor 62, contacts 51 and 51 'of the switch L and conductors 24 and 17 to the negative main line.
It should be noted that the switch <B> C </B> resp. B 'cannot come into operation if the reversing switches for the main motor are not returned to their normal position, since the main feed line for switches C' and .13 'through auxiliary contacts 54 and 54', as well as 55 and 55 ' is interrupted. If the switches B and C have fallen, they have interrupted the circuit for the rotating brake 0. The latter is not only used to shut down the main engine, but also acts as a coupling between the shaft of the main engine and that of the auxiliary engine.
When switch C 'comes into operation and closes its contacts, its own brake C' is first released and then the auxiliary motor is started, which is now more connected to the shaft of the main motor through the rotating brake 0 and, as a result, the elevator slowly lifts towards the landing site. Its speed increases as the acceleration lever .F1 'gradually switches off the starting resistance and the main field of the auxiliary engine.
When the roller 40 of the alignment device runs off the cam 42 ', the contacts 46 and 46' open, whereby the circuit for the switch C 'is interrupted, so that the auxiliary motor and the elevator come to a standstill. However, if the driver's chair reaches such a speed that it goes beyond the 'landing point, the roller 41 of the alignment device runs on the cam 43' and causes the contacts 45 and 45 'of the alignment device to close, whereby switch B. 'is put into action and the auxiliary engine is reversed.
This will bring the elevator back to the landing point and

The switch A (Fig. 4) creates a delay circuit for the reversing switches B and C through the contacts 2 and 2 'and another delay circuit for the switch IL through the contacts 18 and 18' so that the stopping takes place completely automatically if the knife selector 39 of the elevator is not open, where the driver regains full control over the motor.
The operation of the control device for the main motor is the same as that of the device according to FIG. 2, with the only difference that the brake 0 in the execution according to FIG. 4 is a rotating brake that serves as a coupling between the main and your auxiliary motor As in the embodiment according to FIG. 3. A special pair of contacts 70 and 70 'is provided on the influx device; that belongs to the switch K 'as well as to the auxiliary motor.
The machine shown in Fig. 4 is. a high-speed engine in which even the low speed is so high that an auxiliary engine with two speeds is required to bring other than medium loads to a standstill within the shortest possible time at the same height as the landing site.

The Sehalter <B> C </B> now comes into operation and closes the main current circuits for the auxiliary motor, which the latter is finitely coupled to the shaft of the main motor by means of the rotating brake 0.
After the brake 0 'is released, the auxiliary motor sets the elevator to the landing point in motion with increasing speed, since the acceleration switch II' short-circuits the starting resistance and the main field step for, step and the shunt field resistance inP.eilie the shunt field winding reads
in that the switch K 'is activated as soon as the last arm of the acceleration controller Ir makes the auxiliary contacts. 88 and 88 'close.
The circuit of switch li then runs as follows: From the positive main line via conductor 75, contacts 76 and 76 'of switch B, conductor 77. Contacts 78 and 78' of switch C, conductor 79 and <B> 80, </B> Auxiliary contacts 88 and 88 'on the last Arin of switch K', conductor 89, coil of switch K ', conductor 90. Contacts -i0 and 70' of Einfluehtvorrieh- Jung, conductor 91 and 84, Contacts 51 and 51 'of switch L and conductors 85, 86 and 87 to the negative trunk.
The elevator is now approaching the landing site at the full speed of the auxiliary motor, and at a predetermined point in time the roller 40 of the alignment device begins to run off the cam 42 '. Then the cam 60 first engages with the roller 72 of the influencing device and opens the contacts 70 and 70 ', whereby the circuit for the switch IU is interrupted. This drops out and short-circuits the shunt field resistance so that the speed is reduced.
The elevator is now approaching the landing site at a very slow speed, and when finally the alignment device roller 40 continues to run off the cam 42 ', the cam 62 engages the alignment device roller 50, thereby opening the contacts 46 and 46' will. This interrupts the circuit of switch C 'and as soon as the switch drops out, the circuits for the auxiliary motor and the brake O' open so that the elevator comes to a standstill at the same height as the landing point.
However, in the event that he should drive over the landing site, the roller 41 of the alignment device runs on the cam 43 ', whereby the contacts of the switch B' are closed. As a result, the auxiliary motor is started in the reverse direction and the elevator back to the landing place and brought to the same level with her.
Fig. 5 shows a two-motor elevator installation as in the embodiment of Figs. 3 and 4; the operation he follows here but by the known push button device. The main and auxiliary motor are both equipped with only one speed and the drive is done with three-phase current.
When using the push-button device, switch A used in elevators with a drive switch is replaced by the corridor control switch in order to bring the elevator to a standstill with the average load at the same height as the landing area.
If the elevator is to be moved from the first to the third corridor, the push button in the third corridor or the third push button in the elevator is pressed. This closes a circuit that runs as follows: From phase III via line 8, fuse, conductor 9, safety switch, conductor 10, limit switch, conductor 11 and 12, contacts 13 and 13 'of switch C', conductor 14 , Contacts 15 and 15 'of switch B ", conductor 16, contacts 17 and 17' of switch C, conductor 18, contacts 19 and 19 'of switch B and conductors 20 and 21 to the third button in the elevator, respectively to the button in the third hall;
furthermore via conductors 22 and 23, coil of the floor magnet 103, conductor 24, contact 113, segment 116 and contacts 113 'of the floor control switch, conductors 25 and 26, contacts 27 and 2.7' .des switch B, conductor 28, coil of the Switch C and conductors 29 and 30 to phase II. The relevant current excites the coil of the magnet 103, which closes its contacts 33 and 33 'and thus a self-locking circuit, as well as the coil of switch C.
The current in question takes the following course: From phase III via conductor 8, fuse, conductor 9, safety switch, conductor 10, limit switch, conductor 11 and 36, stop button in the elevator, conductor 35, contacts 33 and 33 'of magnet 1.03, Conductor 34, connection point of conductor 23 and coil of magnet 103. As soon as coil C is energized, it closes its contacts, lifts the rotating brake o and sets the engine in motion in the upward direction. The motor gradually reaches its full speed, since the acceleration macrometres H and I der. switch off the resistance on the rotor.
When switch C is closed, its auxiliary contacts -37 and 37 'engage with one another and close the circuit of the coil of switch L of the alignment device. This circuit is as follows:
From phase I via Lei ter 38, auxiliary contacts 37 and 37 'of switch C, conductor 39, coil of switch L, conductor 6 () and 35, stop button in the elevator, conductor 36 and 11, limit switch, conductor 10, safety switch, Head 9, safety fuse and head 8 to phase III. When the switch L comes into action, it pulls the rollers 40 and 41 of the inflation device out of the range of the cams -12, 4 \ 3 'and 43 ", as well as 43,
43 'and 43 "and closes the contact pairs 46 and 46', as well as 15 and -1a 'of the influence device. The mentioned contacts become ineffective again because the switch L opens its contacts 51 and 51'," and the The main supply line to the aforementioned contacts was interrupted.
The elevator now runs to your third corridor, and at the given point in time the floor animal keeper moves segment 11.6 away from contacts 11.3 and 113 'and opens the circuit of target age C, whereby the motor circuits are interrupted and the rotating brake 0 comes to rest ., ren is coming.
The switch L is also released, and in the event that the elevator does not reach the landing site or should drive over it, the escape device closes the circuit for the switches ss' or. C ', whereby the auxiliary motor is set in motion in the required direction and the elevator is brought to the same height as the hallway.
Fig. 6 shows a modification cl-r a device according to Fii2 #. 5. The operating current is here again direct current, and the main and auxiliary motor are both equipped with two speed speeds. The speed change! 2: is caused by the fact that the shunt field resistance is switched in series with the shunt field winding by means of the switches K and K '.
The hallway control switch is set up for two speeds in this version and brings the elevator to a standstill with medium loading at the same height as the landing point. If the elevator stops below or above the landing point, the liin.flnelitv orrichtung brings it automatically to the same height as in the case of the embodiment according to FIG. 5. the hallway.
In the hall in front, however, the escape device is set up for two cre.cliwincligl times, there. the engine is fast-running and the stopping zone extends considerably up and down beyond the landing site. In order to get the elevator to the hell of the landing site in the shortest possible time, the auxiliary engine is equipped with two speeds.
The mode of operation of the Einfluchtvorrielituni is the same as in the embodiment shown in FIG.
The invention is described above in the application to the control of motors with one and two speeds be: it is of course not adapted to these cases: rather, it can also be used in the control of motors with more than two speeds.
