Traktor.
Tractor. The purpose of the present invention is to create a tractor which can be used for different pulling capacities without being uneconomical, and which can be adapted to the respective soil conditions so that the tractor can also be used on soft ground. The requirement here is that, in addition to the transmission ratio, the weight of the tractor also corresponds to the ratios.
The tractor forming the subject of the invention now has a drivable front part carrying the engine and a plurality of drivable rear parts which are built differently heavily among each other and have a translation wheel drive adapted to their weight, from which rear parts either this or that for the purpose Be used with the front part connected to who can, its wheel drive can be coupled to the engine of the front part, the whole thing to change the traction of the tractor can.
Such a tractor is particularly suitable for the farmer in that very different Arbeitsbedingun conditions are given for the mechanical execution of a number of field work, such as plowing, mowing, haying, etc.
The accompanying drawing is used to explain an exemplary embodiment of the invention, which is partially drawn schematically.
1 and 2 show a longitudinal section and a partial plan view of the same in a first combination; Fig. 3 and 4 show elevation and partial plan of the same in a second collation.
The light as possible in weight held front part A (Fig. 1 to 4) of the Trak sector carries by means of its frame 1, the engine 2 with cooler 3 and fuel container 4. On the wheel axle 5 of the front part, the two steering wheels 6 are attached, wel che be controlled by the steering wheel 7. 8 is the motor clutch and 9 is the forward and reverse travel, as well as changing the driving speed enabling Wech seltransmission. This transmits its rotational movement to a coupling half of a claw coupling 10 that is firmly connected to it.
In Figs. 1 and 2, B denotes the heavy type tractor rear part. This rear part has an axle bridge 11 which receives screws 12, by means of which the rear part B is rigidly but detachably connected to the frame 1 of the front part. 13 is the differential gear housed in the axle bridge, 14 is the associated large and 15 is the small transmission gear. The shaft of the wheel 15 carries the second half of the dog clutch 10, which clutch half is in engagement with the half carried by the front part A. The hitch be 10 transfers its rotational movement to the weight of the rear part B, be or the tractor in a favorable ratio standing translation companies 15, 14 for the purpose of driving the rear wheels 16 of the tractor to be moved.
The translation gear 15, 14 could, instead of (as drawn) by bevel gears, also be formed by a worm gear with worm or by helical gears.
3 and 4 drawn in Figs. 3 and 4, again rigidly by screws 12, but loosely connected to the front part A rear part C is, with in principle the same construction, of much lighter design than the rear part B. Therefore, the rear part C the ratio of the translation gear 15, 14 also correspondingly smaller compared to the ratio that the transmission gear of the rear part B has.
The tractor in the configuration according to FIGS. 1 and 2 is intended for larger pulling capacities, the tractor in the compilation according to FIGS. 3 and 4 for smaller pulling capacities. Of course, there can be more than two interchangeable rear parts, depending on the intended upper and lower weight limit of the tractor or the largest and smallest tractive effort. The rear axle bridge containing the differential can be set up in such a way that a device corresponding to the respective purpose of the tractor can be attached directly to it, for example a working device, for example for mowing. Turning or raking, or for example a bridge that serves as a load carrier.
Of course, the connection of the individual rear part with the front part, instead of screws, for example, be accomplished by a lever device. Instead of the rigid connection between the rear part and the front part, an articulated connection can also be used.
