Assortiment pour injections. On connaît déjà des assortiments pour in jections qui comportent une boîte à l'inté rieur de laquelle se trouve un plateau-support percé de différents trous dans lesquels on introduit la seringue, diverses aiguilles et des fils de nettoyage pour ces dernières. Ce plateau se trouve sous l'influence d'un ressort qui sort la seringue de la boîte sitôt qu'on enlève le couvercle.
Cette seringue, et géné ralement aussi les accessoires montés sur le plateau, est soutenue vers l'intérieur de la boîte par un second plateau, mobile ou non, dans lequel sont également percés des trous destinés à recevoir au moins l'ajutage de la seringue. La mise en place des différents ou tils à l'intérieur de la boîte prend passable ment de temps, ceci pour la simple raison que les trous du second plateau, cachés par le premier, ne sont pas atteints facile ment, vu que la légèreté de la construc tion du premier plateau ne permet pas l'adap tation d'un guidage.
L'objet de la présente invention est un assortiment du genre précité, c'est-à-dire comprenant une boîte dans laquelle la se rincue et ses accessoires sont serrés, mais dans lequel un ressort agissant continuelle ment sur un plateau de support possède des spires, irrégulières quant à leur diamètre, et en partie au moins disposées pour tenir lieu de gaine fixatrice pour la seringue.
Il est représenté au dessin ci-annexé, à titre d'exemple, un assortiment pour injec tions selon la présente invention.

a désigne la boîte. Celle-ci se ferme au moyen du couvercle b. Le tout est en métal. A l'intérieur de la boîte glisse un plateau- support c percé de divers trous dont le cen tral, d, est destiné à la seringue, les autres, aux aiguilles d'injections et aux fils de net toyage desdites. Le plateau c est continuel lement pressé dans la direction de l'orifice de la boîte par un ressort e qui le maintient parallèle audit orifice et dont les spires sont irrégulières en diamètre et vont en diminuant de dimensions sur une certaine longueur pour augmenter ensuite et revenir, au fond de la boîte, à leur diamètre primitif.
Ces spires sont donc disposées sur les manteaux de deux troncs de cône juxtaposés par leurs petites bases.
Lorsqu'on introduit. la seringue da izs le trou 'central d, celle-ci est guidée sans autre par l'entonnoir formé par les spires supé rieures du ressort et vient se prendre dans les spires de plus petit diamètre qui la main tiennent fixement à, l'intérieur de .la boîte et ceci sans qu'il y ait possibilité que les mouvements du porteur ale cette dernière puissent faire donner la seringue contre des parties dures. Le ressort, en outre, amortit tout bruit.
La course du -plateau est limitée vers le haut par une butée f. Une encoche y prévue clans le plateau permet, lorsqu'on tourne ce dernier, d'éliminer l'action de ladite butée et de sortir le plateau ainsi que le ressort de la boîte. L'assortiment complet peut être stérilisé au laboratoire en un seul tout et utilisé chez le patient sans qu'une stérilisa tion complémentaire soit nécessaire.
Assortment for injections. Assortments are already known for injections which comprise a box inside which there is a support plate pierced with various holes in which the syringe, various needles and cleaning threads are introduced for the latter. This tray is under the influence of a spring which takes the syringe out of the box as soon as the cover is removed.
This syringe, and generally also the accessories mounted on the tray, is supported towards the inside of the box by a second tray, mobile or not, in which are also drilled holes intended to receive at least the nozzle of the syringe. . The positioning of the different or tils inside the box takes a fair amount of time, this for the simple reason that the holes of the second plate, hidden by the first, are not easily reached, since the lightness of the the construction of the first plate does not allow the adaptation of a guide.
The object of the present invention is an assortment of the aforementioned kind, that is to say comprising a box in which the rinses and its accessories are clamped, but in which a spring acting continuously on a support plate has turns, irregular in diameter, and at least in part arranged to act as a fixing sheath for the syringe.
There is shown in the accompanying drawing, by way of example, an assortment for injections according to the present invention.

a designates the box. This closes with the cover b. Everything is made of metal. Inside the box slides a support plate c pierced with various holes, the center of which, d, is intended for the syringe, the others for the injection needles and the said cleaning wires. The plate c is continuously pressed in the direction of the opening of the box by a spring e which keeps it parallel to said orifice and whose turns are irregular in diameter and decrease in size over a certain length to then increase and return , at the bottom of the box, to their original diameter.
These turns are therefore arranged on the coats of two truncated cones juxtaposed by their small bases.
When we introduce. the syringe in the central hole d, it is guided without further by the funnel formed by the upper turns of the spring and gets caught in the smaller diameter turns which the hand hold fixed inside of the box and this without there being the possibility that the movements of the carrier ale the latter can give the syringe against hard parts. The spring, moreover, dampens any noise.
The travel of the -plateau is limited upwards by a stop f. A notch provided therein in the plate makes it possible, when the latter is turned, to eliminate the action of said stop and to remove the plate and the spring from the box. The complete set can be sterilized in the laboratory as a single unit and used in the patient without further sterilization being necessary.
