Perfectionnements aux paniers.
La présente invention est relative à des perfectionnements apportés aux paniers du genre de ceux qu'on utilise par exemple pour cueillir des fruits ou des légumes ou pour ramasser de la vendange. Elle vise à réaliser à peu de frais un panier ou cueilloir largement évasé vers le haut.
Un panier selon l'invention comprend un corps et une anse, réalisée chacun séparément d'une pièce en matière plastique, les extrémités de l'anse étant pourvues de tenons crantés dont chacun est susceptible de venir s'encliqueter dans un logement muni d'ouvertures, prévu à cet effet sur le côté intéressé du corps, à proximité du bord supérieur.
Le corps du panier est préférablement réalisé en matière plastique injectée, tandis que l'anse est obtenue par soufflage. L'ensemble présente un aspect décoratif satisfaisant, tandis que la souplesse et le diamètre extérieur important de l'anse permettent de porter le panier commodément sans se meurtrir le bras ou les doigts.
Le dessin annexé, donné à titre d'exemple, permettra de mieux comprendre l'invention, les caractéristiques qu'elle présente et les avantages qu'elle est susceptible de procurer : Figure 1 est une vue latérale éclatée d'un panier selon l'invention; Figure 2 en est une vue en bout; Figure 3 est une vue en coupe à grande échelle montrant le détail de l'une des extrémités de l'anse; Figure 4 est une coupe analogue du logement correspondant du corps; Figure 5 est une vue en coupe de l'autre extrémité de l'anse après assemblage; Figure 6 correspond à figure 2 et montre un panier terminé.
Le panier ou cueilloir représenté en figure 1 à 6 comprend deux éléments principaux, à savoir, un corps A et une anse B.
Le corps A est réalisé d'une pièce en matière plastique injectée et il présente une forme largement évasée vers le haut où il est entouré d'un rebord 1.
Le corps A peut avoir par exemple une section transversale ovale ou allongée, et présenter sous son fond des nervures de raidissement telles que 2.
A l'extérieur du corps A et immédiatement en dessous du rebord 1, on prévoit deux logements 3, diamétralement opposés. Chaque logement 3 est situé contre la paroi 4 du corps A (fig. 4), et il débouche vers le haut à travers le rebord 1. A son extrémité inférieure, il se termine par un fond 5, tandis que sa paroi externe 6 est traversée par deux ou plusieurs ouvertures 7 superposées. Pour faciliter le démoulage à partir d'un moule dont le plan de joint coïncide avec le plan du rebord 1, on oriente perpendiculairement à ce plan, les bords inférieurs 8 des ouvertures 7.
L'anse B est réalisée d'une pièce en matière plastique soufflée, et elle se prolonge à chacune de ses extrémités par un tenon 9 dont la forme extérieure correspond aussi exactement que possible au profil interne du logement 3 correspondant. En particulier, le plan 10 suivant lequel chaque extrémité de l'anse B se raccorde aux tenons 9 adjacents, est parallèle au plan du rebord 1 (fig. 1 et 2).
La paroi extérieure de chaque tenon 9 comporte deux ou plusieurs crans 11 dont chacun correspond à l'une des ouvertures 7 des logements 3. Ces crans 11 ont un profil longitudinal en dents de scie, c'est-à-dire que leurs faces inférieures 12 convergent vers l'extrémité du tenon 9, tandis que leurs faces supérieures 13 sont orientées transversalement et forment des crochets.
L'anse B a un profil général courbe (fig. 2), et ses deux tenons d'extrémité 9 convergent en direction du bas, ce qui leur permet d'épouser le contour extérieur du corps A.
L'orifice de soufflage 14 de l'anse B est préférablement situé à l'extrémité d'un des tenons 9 (fig. 3).
Pour assembler un panier selon l'invention, il suffit d'engager à force les tenons 9 de l'anse B dans les logements 3 du corps A. Les crans 11 s'effacent par déformation élastique lorsqu'ils passent devant la paroi 6, et ils reviennent élastiquement sur eux-mêmes dès qu'ils se trouvent en face des ouvertures 7. On obtient ainsi un encliquetage parfait (fig. 5) qui interdit toute extraction intempestive d'un tenon 9 hors de son logement. En choisissant judicieusement les dimensions et la disposition des extrémités de l'anse B, on assure son raccordement exact sur les parties adjacentes du corps A (fig. 5 et 6), ce qui confère un aspect agréable au panier terminé. En outre, l'anse B possède une certaine souplesse et un diamètre transversal relativement important, qui lui évitent de meurtrir les doigts ou le bras de l'utilisateur lorsque le panier est plein.Il doit d'ailleurs être entendu que la description qui précède n'a été donnée qu'à titre d'exemple et qu'elle ne limite nullement le domaine de l'invention dont on ne sortirait pas en remplaçant les détails d'exécution décrits par tous autres équivalents. En particulier, on ne quitterait pas le cadre de l'invention en réalisant le corps A du panier suivant une forme quelconque, carrée, rectangulaire, polygonale, curviligne, avec ou sans couvercle.Improvements to baskets.

A basket according to the invention comprises a body and a handle, each made separately from a piece of plastic, the ends of the handle being provided with notched tenons each of which is capable of snapping into a housing provided with openings, provided for this purpose on the interested side of the body, near the upper edge.

The whole presents a satisfactory decorative aspect, while the flexibility and the large outside diameter of the handle allow the basket to be carried conveniently without bruising the arm or the fingers.

The basket or picker shown in Figure 1 to 6 comprises two main elements, namely, a body A and a handle B.
The body A is made of a piece of injected plastic material and it has a shape which is widely flared upwards where it is surrounded by a rim 1.
The body A may for example have an oval or elongated cross section, and present under its bottom stiffening ribs such as 2.
Outside the body A and immediately below the rim 1, two diametrically opposed housings 3 are provided. Each housing 3 is located against the wall 4 of the body A (fig. 4), and it opens upwards through the flange 1. At its lower end, it ends in a bottom 5, while its outer wall 6 is crossed by two or more openings 7 superimposed. To facilitate demolding from a mold, the joint plane of which coincides with the plane of the rim 1, the lower edges 8 of the openings 7 are oriented perpendicularly to this plane.
The handle B is made from a piece of blown plastic material, and it is extended at each of its ends by a tenon 9 whose external shape corresponds as exactly as possible to the internal profile of the corresponding housing 3. In particular, the plane 10 along which each end of the handle B connects to the adjacent tenons 9, is parallel to the plane of the rim 1 (fig. 1 and 2).
The outer wall of each tenon 9 comprises two or more notches 11, each of which corresponds to one of the openings 7 of the housings 3. These notches 11 have a longitudinal sawtooth profile, that is to say that their lower faces 12 converge towards the end of the tenon 9, while their upper faces 13 are oriented transversely and form hooks.
The handle B has a curved general profile (fig. 2), and its two end tenons 9 converge towards the bottom, which allows them to follow the outer contour of the body A.
The blowing orifice 14 of the handle B is preferably located at the end of one of the tenons 9 (FIG. 3).
To assemble a basket according to the invention, it suffices to force the tenons 9 of the handle B into the housings 3 of the body A. The notches 11 are erased by elastic deformation when they pass in front of the wall 6, and they return elastically on themselves as soon as they are in front of the openings 7. A perfect snap-fit is thus obtained (FIG. 5) which prevents any untimely extraction of a pin 9 from its housing. By carefully choosing the dimensions and the arrangement of the ends of the handle B, its exact connection to the adjacent parts of the body A (fig. 5 and 6) is ensured, which gives a pleasant appearance to the finished basket. In addition, the handle B has a certain flexibility and a relatively large transverse diameter, which prevents it from bruising the fingers or the user's arm when the basket is full. It should be understood that the foregoing description was given only by way of example and that it in no way limits the field of the invention, from which one would not depart by replacing the details of execution described by all other equivalents. In particular, one would not depart from the scope of the invention by producing the body A of the basket in any shape, square, rectangular, polygonal, curvilinear, with or without a cover.
