Hydraulische Presse auszupressendes Gut.
Hydraulic press material to be pressed out. Previously known, hydraulically acting presses for expressing material had the disadvantage that they have a relatively low performance, because by filling and distributing the press material in the press basket and by removing it afterwards, the work of the press is interrupted for quite some time has been.
This drawback is to be remedied by the present invention. The same applies to a hydraulic press for the material to be squeezed out, and the novelty of the invention lies in the fact that it has control means which enable continuous operation.
In the accompanying drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown, namely: Fig. 1 is a longitudinal section through the press, Fig. 2 is a plan view, Fig. 3 is an end view from the drive side, Fig. 4 is a section along the line 1- I of FIG. 2, and FIG. 5 shows a section along the line II-11 in FIG. 2.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 5, 1 denotes the cylindrical press basket, the wall of which is provided with longitudinal slots 2, which allow the liquid to be pressed out to exit. The filling opening, which is arranged at one end of the press basket and through which the material to be pressed is filled, is designated by 3. The press basket is carried by a frame consisting of the two parallel rods 4 running parallel to each other, the yokes 5 and 6 and the holders 6 '. The. Yokes 5, 6 are with feet 7 respectively. 8 provided.
One end of the press piston 9 is fastened in the yoke 5, the other end of which protrudes into the press cylinder 10, which is provided with a recess 10 'which is selected to have a larger diameter than the piston 9 has. The plunger 10 is on his. The circumference is provided with a rib running in the form of a worm, the diameter of which corresponds to the inner diameter of the press basket. On the one facing away from the press basket.
On the side of the plunger 10 there is a gear 12 which meshes with the gear 13 which is arranged on the hollow shaft 14. The press cylinder 10 has on the side turned away from the press basket on its circumference a sehnürung 15 with which the press piston is rotatably mounted in the hub 16. The hub 16 has two arms 17, 18 (FIG. 2) which are provided with bores at both ends through which the rods 4 are passed.
The hub 16 also has a perpendicular arm 19 which is formed into a bearing 20 in which the hollow shaft 14 is housed, through the bore of which the shaft 21 is passed. The shaft 21 is provided with a longitudinal groove 22 with which the file 23, which is provided on the bearing 14 (Fig. 4), corresponds to. On the shaft 21 sits firmly one half of the dog clutch 24, the other half of which is verbun with the hollow shaft 25, which the pulley 26 carries. The shaft 25 is supported in the bearing 27 which is firmly connected to the yoke 5.
The piston 9 is provided with a longitudinal bore 28, one end of which opens into the recess 10 'of the plunger and the other end of which is connected to the supply line 29 (FIG. 2), which is connected to a press pump, not shown. k-ffit of the line 29 is one end of the line 30 in connection, the other end of which is connected to the idle valve 31, to which one end of the return line 32 is connected, which is true, the press water to the press pump not ge traced back.
The idle slide 31 is under the influence of the control rod 33, which carries two stops 34, 35 on. With the control rod 33 one end of the two-armed lever 36 is also connected, which is rotatably mounted in the support 36 'and the end remote from the control rod with the coupling sleeve 37 of the coupling half 24 is connected ver. 38 with an arm serving to guide the control rod and 39 with a throttle valve denotes .. The yoke 6 has a round opening 40, in front of which a closure cone 41 is arranged on. The latter is under the influence of the screw spindle 42, which is provided with a hand wheel 43. The screw spindle 42 is rotatably arranged in the hub 44 of the cross member 45.
Below the press basket 1 is a liquid collector 46 in the form of a semicircular bowl, which is provided with a drain opening 47 . With a leather sleeve 48 is designated, which serves to seal the piston 9 in the plunger 10.
The use and operation of the press described is as follows: Assuming that the individual parts of the press described are in the position shown in the drawing, and the pulley 26 receives its drive from a power source (not shown) and the coupling half 24 is engaged, so the shaft 21 and thus the gear 13 is set in rotation. The latter transmits its rotation to the gear 12, which sets the plunger 10 in rotation.
If the material to be pressed is now filled into the press basket 1 through the filling opening 3, the material to be pressed is displaced in the press basket 1 in the horizontal direction by the rib 11 in the form of a screw. The outlet opening 40 has been closed ver by the closure cone 41 before the press is started.
After the press basket 1 is completely filled with material to be pressed, but the helical rib 11, when the press piston 10 rotates, tries to convey additional material introduced through the filling opening, the material to be pressed in the press basket is pressed together. This creates an axial pressure on the rib 11 and the plunger 10, which tends to move the screw towards the drive side of the machine.
The throttle valve 39 is now set so that the water can only escape slowly from the recess 10 'of the plunger, so that the plunger must overcome a significant pressure in order to be able to move axially. By appropriately setting the throttle valve 39, it is therefore possible to change the pre-compression caused by the rotary movement of the plunger as desired.
If the press basket is now filled by refilling more press material and the screw with the press piston 10 has moved to the end of its stroke, the hub 38 collides with the stop 34 seated on the control rod 33 and thereby takes the control rod by one corresponding amount, whereby the reversal is effected. This control consists in that on the one hand the control rod 33 closes the idle slide 31, which has been open until now; on the other hand, the lever 36 opens the coupling half 24.
The rotary movement of the shaft 21 and thus also of the wheel 12 and the plunger 10 is interrupted by the latter. As a result of the closing of the idle slide 31, the press water coming from the press pump, which was able to escape freely through the idle slide 31 and the return line 32, can no longer flow away, and the pressurized water now acts on the press cylinder 10, which is located under the EI influss of this pressure is shifted in the axial direction towards the outlet opening 40.
As a result, the material to be pressed in the press basket is pressed together, and the press liquid escapes through the slots 2 provided in the press basket and reaches the juice tray 44, from which it passes through the drain opening 47 into a container not shown.
As soon as the pressing of the pressed material has reached the desired height, the closure cone 41 is screwed back by appropriate adjustment of the spindle 42 so far that the outlet opening 40 is partially released so that the pressed pressed material in the press basket is underneath the influence of the plunger 10 is expelled from the press basket, and only a small residue remains in the mouth 40.
The closing cone is then not screwed back on. Is the pressed material up to. he ejected the remainder from the press basket, the control is again carried out automatically by the eye 38 on the in the front end position of the press piston. Stop 35 pushes open and thereby moves the control rod 33 by a certain amount against the opening from the press basket.
Since the idle slide 31 is opened again, the press water, which is located in the recess 10 'of the plunger, can escape according to the position of the throttle valve 39, and the delivery water coming from the press pump flows without doing any work. through the slide 31 and the return line 32 to return to the reservoir, not shown, of the press pump. On the other hand, through the movement of the control rod and the lever 36, the coupling half 24 is re-engaged, so that the plunger 10 is set in rotation, whereupon the game begins again.
The press described could also be designed differently than drawn without the essence of the invention being impaired. For example, an embodiment is conceivable in which instead of just one, several conveying members are provided in the press basket.
The press described offers the advantage that it is of a relatively simple design and has a great capacity.
