Fig. 2 zeigt eint Presse mit drei Kolben.
Machine working with hydraulic fluid. In presses that work with hydraulic fluid, it is often necessary or desirable to make the adjustment path of the movable press head with a small amount of force in order to save on drive power, but after reaching a certain position of the press head this one force compared to the force required to execute the adjustment movement (adjustment force ) to be able to exert increased force many times over, regardless of whether the press head is stationary to produce an increased closing force on the molded parts or the like, or whether it moves further under the effect of this increased force to act on the pressed material or the like emotional.
In injection or Pressgiessmasehinen z. B. the moving part of the mold is moved during its closing path only with a small force, which is just enough to overcome the occurring, while after sitting on the two mold halves it is necessary to hold them together with a very high force.
In the case of synthetic resin presses, it is again the case that the major part of the pressing stroke is also covered with a small force, but a much greater force development is necessary during the last part of the stroke covered. Similar proportions are found in various other hydraulic machines, such as. B. in drawing presses, upsetting presses, baling presses and others.
To solve these tasks, different tensions of the pressure medium have been used so far, so that with a certain piston cross-section the first part of the strokes with low pressure, the final pressing or keeping the molded parts closed or holding the tools with high pressure was carried out. In the case of the accumulator drive, at least two accumulators with different pressures and, accordingly, usually two completely independent pumps were used for this purpose.
Two or multiple pressure pumps were used for drives without accumulators.
The indentation arrangement is structurally simpler. In known arrangements of this type, the accumulator pressure acts to generate the adjustment force on one or more smaller pistons, while one or more other pistons were used to press the molds or tools into closed parts, which give the necessary increase in piston due to their large piston area. These pistons must move along with them during the entire stroke. and the rooms they have released must be filled with pressureless water. so that the storage pressure can act on the already filled room and no excessive pressurized water consumption occurs.
To supply the pressure medium from the memory, special valves must be provided for the pressure cylinders assigned to the two pressure stages, which are either operated in the desired order by the operator or partially automatically according to the position of the press head by itself or by one this influenced organs are controlled.
The invention relates to the known hydraulic presses in which a row of pistons of stepwise smaller diameter guided on the same axis in a fracture cylinder are provided, and the essence of the invention consists in such an assignment of the individual pistons to one another that the force of each "larger "Piston is only then automatically transferred to the smaller pistons in front of it with a simultaneous pressure increase of the pressure fluid enclosed between the pistons in question,
d = if the displacement speed of the next smaller piston in front of the larger piston, caused by the hydraulic fluid, becomes smaller than the displacement speed of the larger piston. The purpose of the arrangement according to the invention is to limit the stroke of the larger pistons and the resulting high pressure water consumption to the minimum by enclosing the pressure fluid between the pistons in question.
In the drawing, the subject matter of the invention is drawn in two exemplary embodiments. 1 shows an axial section through a press with two pistons including the valve block serving to control the inflow and outflow of the pressurized fluid to and fully the two pistons. FIG. 2 shows a press with three pistons. FIG. 1 is an axial section through the valve controlling the inflow and outflow of the hydraulic fluid to and from one of the larger pistons.
In the embodiment according to the fit. 1, the press head 1 is connected to a piston which moves in the bore of a larger piston 3. The piston 3 is inserted into the pressure cylinder 4 of the machine, the z. B. is connected to a bracket 6 by tie rods or another corresponding arrangement (frame). The tool is located between the press head 1 and the bracket 6, the parts of which, which are denoted by 7 and 8 in the figures, are first shifted against one another and then pressed against one another. Instead of the tool, another arrangement can of course be used, e.g. B. Form press, a material, etc., to be exerted in the manner described above by the press head force.
The pressure medium on the piston \? is to act, is fed to this through a pipe _), all of which is connected to a pipe 1, which opens into a control block containing the valves I'1-F above the valve T '. The interior of the pressure cylinder 4 is connected to all of the control block below the valve T's by a pipe 14.
Above the valve I'1, the connection line dl is connected to the pressure accumulator or the pressure pump. The used pressurized water is drained under the valve T'S. The spaces above the valves V2 and V3 are connected to one another by a borehole l6. The spaces below the valves V1 and V2 are connected to each other through a line l8 and through a line 1 branching off from this, with the space above the valve V4.
The valves V1, V2, V3 are normal cone or similar valves, while the valve cone of valve V4 (Fig. 3) is still provided with a bore b4, which when sitting on the valve cone on its seat through the bottom against the cone conical tip of spindle S4 protruding from V4 is to be almost completed. The Spin del S4 is adjustable compared to the valve cone of V4. The valves V1 and V3 move in opposite directions when their operating lever H is actuated, while the valves V2 and V4 are self-acting check valves.
Function: After lifting the cone of valve V, through the lever 'H, the pressure fluid flows through the hole 18 under the valve lever of V2, lifts it and reaches the piston 2 via the pipe 9 to act. Before opening valve V1, valve V3 is closed so that no pressure medium can get into the drain. The piston 2 moves out of the piston 3 under the action of the pressure fluid and moves the press head 1 (with the part 7 of the tool attached to it) against the bracket 6. The speed of the shifting movement is dependent on that of the pressure medium depends on the cable cross-sections provided.
At the same time, the pressure medium reaches the line l7 branching off from the bore le via the valve cone of V4 and from here, since only a very small ring cross-section is released by the adjustable spindle S4 at the exit of the bore b4, strongly throttled into the line l4 and from this in the pressure cylinder 4, where it is on the piston. 3 acts to move it slowly out of the printing cylinder.
If the two halves of the tool 7 and 8 meet as the movement progresses, so that the movement of the press head 1 comes to rest, the pressure medium continues to be fed to the piston 3 only via the line l4. The piston 3 seeks to push on the piston 2 while pushing the pressure medium out of its interior through the tube 9 and the line l3. However, this is not possible, since valve V2 closes immediately as a check valve.
The pressure medium located in the interior of the piston 3 is therefore enclosed therein and serves to transmit the force exerted on the piston 3 by the pressure medium to the piston 2. In the interior of the piston 3, the pressure of the pressure medium enclosed there increases, which corresponds to the ratio of the piston areas of the pistons 2 and 3. The size of these two piston surfaces must therefore be selected according to the size of the desired contact and closing force.
If the working conditions of the press are such that tool parts 7 and 8 do not hit one another directly, but in a different way, for example. Due to the resistance of the material to be deformed, the movement of the press head 1 comes to rest under the action of the piston 2, the processes described above also occur.
The piston 3 then transmits its force to the piston 2, so that the movement of the press head 1 continues under the effect of the force of the piston 3. The speed of this second section of the movement is given by the free passage cross section in the valve V4 corresponding to the setting of the spindle 8, .
The arrangement therefore allows the force to be automatically transferred from a larger piston to a second smaller piston via an amount of water between the two by increasing the pressure as soon as the absolute speed of the smaller piston falls below that of the large piston sinks.
The return movement of the press head 1 he follows in a known manner, for. B. by springs or hydraulic retraction by means of pressure cylinders, or under the action of its own weight. To initiate the return movement, the lever H is raised; first valve V1 is closed and then valve V3 is opened immediately. The pressure medium that has acted on the piston 2 passes through the lines l3, l6 and the valve V3 into the discharge line l3. After the piston 2 is seated on the piston 3, the latter presses the pressure medium filling the pressure cylinder 4 via the line l4 against the valve cone of V4, which lifts through so that the pressure medium reaches through the lines l7, l8 under the valve V2 and raises its cone in order to be able to get into the drain l3 via the line l and the valve V2.
If three pistons are used, they are advantageously arranged telescopically as shown in FIG. This embodiment he gives see easily from that of FIG. 1. The device of the valve block is also shown in FIG. It corresponds in essence to that according to Fig. 1; it is only necessary to increase the number of valves according to the larger number of pistons.
The practical implementation of the inventive concept explained above is not limited to the two exemplary embodiments described, these are only a few advantageous structural solutions for the subject matter of the invention.
