Description

  

  Heissluft- und Dampf     badeapparat.       Die Zeichnung zeigt Ausführungsbeispiele  des Erfindungsgegenstandes.  



       Fig.    1 ist ein     Grundriss,        Fig.    2 ein Aufriss  einer ersten Ausführungsform,     Fig.    3 ein zu  gehöriger Schnitt,     Fig.    4 ein Aufriss einer  zweiten Ausführungsform,     Fig.    5 ein Detail.  



  Das Beispiel gemäss     Fig.    1 und 2 besitzt  einen Mantel a aus     Holzfaserstoff.    Am obern  und am untern Rand ist dieser je durch ein  Stück Federstahl versteift; die beiden Längs  ränder desgleichen durch zwei gerade Eisen  stäbe. Als oberer     Absohluss    des Mantels  dient ein Stück Wolltuch oder präpariertes  Leinen. b ist ein Ofen mit Brenner d zur  Lufterwärmung. Das Rohr c führt die er  wärmte Luft dem Mantelinnern zu.  



  Die Ausstattung des Mantelinnern zeigt       Fig.    3.     Fig.    4 zeigt den Apparat in Aus  stattung für Dampfbäder. Zu diesem Zweck  befindet sich über dem Brenner d ein     Ver-          dampfungsgefäss    f, dessen Ableitungsrohr g  durch das Innere eines grösseren Rohres und  einen     Verschlussdeckel    h. desselben nach dem  Mantelinnern geführt ist. i ist ein     Thermo.-          Meter.            Fig.    5 zeigt schematisch einen Quer  schnitt durch den Mantel a aus Holzfaser  stoff.

   Man sieht, dass er in Wellblechform  gepresst ist.     7i    ist eine Randverstärkung und       -versteifung.     



  In allen gezeichneten und beschriebenen  Beispielen ist der Mantel a mindesteng auf  der Innenseite imprägniert. Aussen kann er  einen Überzug aus Wachstuch, Stoff oder  Papier haben.  



  Der Ofen kann ganz aus Schwarzblech  oder galvanisiertem Blech bestehen, der Bren  ner     d    und das V     erdampfungsgefäss    f aus       Messingblecb.     



  An die Stelle eines Brenners d für     Spiritus     könnte ein Gasbrenner treten.  



  Die     Beheizäng    der Luft oder des     Ver-          dampfungsgefässes    könnte auch auf elektri  schem Wege erfolgen.

  The example according to FIGS. 1 and 2 has a jacket a made of wood fiber. This is stiffened at the top and bottom by a piece of spring steel; the two long edges likewise with two straight iron rods. A piece of woolen cloth or prepared linen serves as the upper part of the coat. b is an oven with burner d for air heating. The pipe c leads the heated air to the inside of the jacket.



  The interior of the jacket is shown in FIG. 3. FIG. 4 shows the apparatus in equipment for steam baths. For this purpose there is an evaporation vessel f above the burner d, its discharge pipe g through the interior of a larger pipe and a cover h. the same is led to the inside of the jacket. i is a thermometer. Fig. 5 shows schematically a cross section through the jacket a made of wood fiber.

   You can see that it is pressed into a corrugated iron shape. 7i is an edge reinforcement and stiffener.



  In all the examples drawn and described, the jacket a is at least impregnated on the inside. On the outside it can be covered with oilcloth, fabric or paper.



  The furnace can be made entirely of black sheet or galvanized sheet metal, the burner d and the evaporation vessel f made of brass sheetb.



  A gas burner could take the place of a burner d for alcohol.



  The air or the evaporation vessel could also be heated in an electrical manner.

Claims

<B> PATENT CLAIM </B> Hot-air and steam bath apparatus for domestic use, characterized by an impregnated wood fiber jacket pressed into a corrugated iron shape, the edges of which are stiffened with metal. SUBSTANTIAL CLAIM: Hot air and steam bath apparatus for domestic use, characterized in that the heating element for hot air and steam generation is housed outside the wood fiber jacket.
