Description

  

  Vorrichtung zur Erzeugung von     Heissluft    und     überhitztem    Dampf für     Schwitzbäder     und     Heizzwecke.       Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung  zur Erzeugung von Heissluft und überhitztem  Dampf für Schwitzbäder und Heizzwecke.  Der Erfindungsgegenstand zeichnet sich da  durch aus, dass er einen elektrischen Heizkörper  aufweist, über welchem ein     Verdampfungs-          gefäss    angeordnet ist. Die Vorrichtung kann  noch dadurch besonders wirksam gemacht  werden, dass der Boden des     Verdampfungs-          gefässes    mit Rinnen versehen wird. Diese  Rinnen vergrössern die Heizfläche bedeutend.  



  Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungs  gegenstandes ist in beiliegender Zeichnung  dargestellt, und zwar zeigt       Fig.    1 den Deckel des     Verdampfungsge-          fässes,          Fig.    2 eine Draufsicht auf das     Verdamp-          fungsgefäss,          Fig.    3 eine Seitenansicht des Ausführungs  beispiels und       Fig.    4 einen Vertikalschnitt desselben.  Die gezeichnete Vorrichtung zur Erzeu  gung von Heissluft und überhitztem Dampf  besteht aus dem elektrischen, zylindrischen    Heizkörper 4, welcher von dem vertikal  stehenden Stab 7 durchsetzt ist,     und    von  demselben getragen wird.

   Der Heizkörper  ist von dem Blechmantel 5 umgeben, der  unten abgeschlossen ist. Die elektrische Strom  zufuhr erfolgt von unten her. Oben wird der  Heizkörper vom     Verdampfungsgefäss    1 ab  gedeckt, dessen Boden 2 zwecks Vergrösse  rung der Heizfläche Rinnen aufweist. Die  unten in den Zylinder     ä    eintretende Luft  streicht dem Heizkörper entlang nach oben,  wird dabei erhitzt und in Heissluft verwandelt.  Zum Durchtritt der Heissluft ist die zentrale       Offnung    3 im Boden des     Verdampfungsge-          fässes    1 angebracht.

   Der den Heizkörper 4  tragende Stab 7 dient gleichzeitig zur Ver  spannung des     Verdampfungsgefässes    1, des  Mantels 5, und der     Abschlusswand    6 der  Vorrichtung untereinander, wobei die zentrale  Öffnung 3 des Gefässbodens 2 von dem     Ver-          spannungsbügel    8 überbrückt wird. Das     Ver-          dampfungsgefäss    1 ist von dem abnehmbaren  Deckel 9, der mit Abzugsöffnungen 10 ver  sehen ist zugedeckt. Unten am Mantel      schliessen sich die Füsse 13 an, um die Hitze  vom Boden fernzuhalten. An gegenüberlie  genden Stellen der Vorrichtung sind zwei  Handhaben 12 angeordnet, mittelst welchen  die Vorrichtung bequem getragen werden  kann.

   Die Heissluft tritt durch die Öffnung  3 in das     Verdampfungsgefäss    1 ein, über  hitzt den dort entstehenden Dampf und tritt  mit demselben durch die Abzugsöffnungen  10 aus.  



  Die beschriebene und dargestellte Vor  richtung zeigt gegenüber andern bekannten  Vorrichtungen den wesentlichen Vorteil, dass  eine Verbrennung des Heizkörpers mangels  Wasser im     Verdampfungsgefäss    nicht statt  finden kann. Zudem ist die Möglichkeit ge  geben     etwä--angesetzten    Wasserstein leicht  entfernen zu können, was bei andern Vor  richtungen mit Rohrleitungen oft zu Störun  gen Anlass gibt.

The subject matter of the invention is characterized in that it has an electrical heating element over which an evaporation vessel is arranged. The device can also be made particularly effective in that the bottom of the evaporation vessel is provided with channels. These channels increase the heating surface significantly.



  An embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the accompanying drawing, namely FIG. 1 shows the cover of the evaporation vessel, FIG. 2 shows a top view of the evaporation vessel, FIG. 3 shows a side view of the embodiment and FIG. 4 shows a vertical section of the same . The drawn device for generating hot air and superheated steam consists of the electric, cylindrical heater 4, which is penetrated by the vertically standing rod 7, and is carried by the same.

   The radiator is surrounded by the sheet metal jacket 5, which is closed at the bottom. Electric power is supplied from below. The top of the radiator is covered by the evaporation vessel 1, the bottom 2 of which has grooves for the purpose of enlarging the heating surface. The air entering the cylinder at the bottom sweeps up along the radiator, is heated and converted into hot air. The central opening 3 is made in the bottom of the evaporation vessel 1 for the hot air to pass through.

   The rod 7 carrying the heating element 4 simultaneously serves to tension the evaporation vessel 1, the jacket 5, and the end wall 6 of the device with one another, the central opening 3 of the vessel bottom 2 being bridged by the bracing bracket 8. The evaporation vessel 1 is covered by the removable cover 9, which is seen with vent openings 10. The feet 13 are attached to the bottom of the coat to keep the heat away from the ground. Two handles 12 are arranged at opposite points of the device, by means of which the device can be carried comfortably.

   The hot air enters the evaporation vessel 1 through the opening 3, overheats the vapor produced there and exits with the same through the vent openings 10.



  The described and illustrated device has the essential advantage over other known devices that the heating element cannot burn due to the lack of water in the evaporation vessel. In addition, there is the option of being able to easily remove any water scale that has built up, which often leads to malfunctions in other devices with pipelines.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Vorrichtung zur Erzeugung von Heissluft und überhitztem Dampf für Schwitzbäder und Heizzwecke, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieselbe einen elektrischen Heizkörper aufweist, über welchem ein Verdampfungs- gefäss angeordnet ist. UNTERANSPRüCHE: 1. Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden des Ver- dampfungsgefässes Rinnen besitzt zwecks Vergrösserung der Heizfläche des Verdamp- fungsgefässes. 2.
