Description

  

  Elektrisch beheizter Grill- und Kochapparat    Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich  auf einen elektrisch beheizten Grill- und Koch  apparat, mit nach einem Radius gebogener       Heizvorrichtung    mit wellenförmiger Strah  lungsfläche für direkte Oberhitze und einer       Heizvorrichtung    aus einem aus     Temperguss          hergestellten    Formstück mit eingebauten Heiz  körpern für indirekte Unterhitze.  



  Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungs  gegenstandes ist in der beiliegenden Zeich  nung schematisch dargestellt.  



       Fig.    1 zeigt einen Querschnitt durch den  Apparat, wobei die Isolation durch a, die       Heizvorriehtung    für die Oberhitze durch b,       der    Grill- und Kochraum durch c, die Glastür       durch    d und die Heizvorrichtung für die Un  terhitze durch e bezeichnet sind.  



       Fig.        \?    zeigt einen Querschnitt durch den       lleizkörper    für die Oberhitze, wobei fein dem  Radius des Apparates entsprechend geboge  nes, wellenförmiges     Chromstahlblech    darstellt,       iti    dessen Rillen sich die Heizwiderstände     g     befinden.  



       Fig.    3 zeigt einen Querschnitt und eine  teilweise Oberflächenansicht der     Heizvorrieh-          t.nng    für die indirekte Unterhitze, wobei h ein       lins        Temperguss    hergestelltes     Forxastück    mit  eingelassenen Rillen an der Oberfläche und i  den     eingebauten    Heizwiderstand darstellt.         Fig.    4 zeigt eine Ansicht des Grill- und  Kochapparates mit eingesetztem     Pouletspiess,     der maschinell oder von Hand angetrieben  sein kann.

PATENTANSPRUCH Elektrisch beheizter Grill- und Kochappa rat mit nach einem Radius gebogener Heizvor- richtung mit wellenförmiger Strahlungsfläche für direkte Oberhitze und einer Heizvorrich- tung aus einem aus Temperguss hergestellten Fomstück mit eingebauten Heizkörpern für indirekte Unterhitze. UNTERANSPRÜCHE 1. Grill- und Kochapparat nach Patentan spruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Strahlungsfläche für die Oberhitze durch ein wellenförmiges, als Ganzes nach einem Radius gebogenes Stahlblech gebildet ist, in dessen Rillen sich Heizwiderstände befinden. 2.
