Feuchtarmatur für elektrische Schalter bezw. Stecker. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine Feuchtarmatur für elektrische Schalter bezw. Stecker mit Wandgehäuseteil und Deckgehäuseteil, bei welchem nach We;
- nahmedes Deckgehäuseteils Kabelmasse frei liegt, in welcher Kontakte eingebettet sind, die daher nach Wegnahme des Deckgehäuse teils erreicht werden können, ohne dass Metall teile weggenommen werden müssen, und bei welchem ferner, zwecks leichter Montage, nur in dem einen von beiden Gehäuseteilen eine Einfüllöffnung vorgesehen ist, die über dein höchsten Punkt der für die Kabelmasse be stimmten Ausnehmung des andern Gehäuse teils liegt, so dass diese Ausnehmung beim Einfüllen der Kabelmasse vollkommen aus gefüllt werden kann.
Auf beiliegender Zeichnung ist ein Aus- führungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes in Form eines Schalters - dargestellt, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 einen Längsschnitt des Schalters nach der Linie n-b der Fig. 2, Fig, 2 eine Vorderansicht, und . Fig. 3 eine Draufsicht des Schalters Mit 1 ist das Wandgehäuseteil, mit 2 das Deckgehäuseteil bezeichnet.
Die Form .der beiden Gehäuseteile ist derart, dass sie, wenn verschraubt, zusammen einen Hohlraum 4 bil den, der in .der Zeichnung als mit Kabelmasse ausgefüllt dargestellt ist. Das Wandgehäuse teil weist einen Wulst 3 auf, durch welclfen das Kabel K eingeführt ist. Im Deckgehäuse-- teil 2 ist ein Hohlraum vorgesehen, der zur Aufnahme des schematisch gezeichneten Schalters S' dient.
Mit 5, 6, 7 sind winkel förmige Klemmen bezeichnet, die zur Zufuhr des Stremes vom Kabel K zum Schalter S dienen. Dabei sind die durch Feuchtigkeit gefä.hrdcten Teile der Verbindungen in der Kabelmasse eingebettet.
Das Deckgehäuse teil 2 weist ferner eine durch eine Schraube 8 verschlossene Einfüllöffnung für die Kabel masse auf, die, um die Montage möglichst unumstäncllich bezw. leicht zu gestalten, und um sicher zu sein, :dass die Gehäuseteile von der einzugiessenden Kabelmasse richtig aus gefüllt werden, über dem höchsten Punkt der zur Aufnahme der Kabelmasse bestimmten, dem Hohlraum 4 gehörenden Ausnehmung des Gehäuseteils 1 angeordnet ist, so dass beim Einfüllen der Masse namentlich diese Ausnehmung vollständig ausgefüllt werden kann.
Am Gehäuseteil 2 ist ferner eine zum Ausfluss des Kondenswassers dienende Öff nung 9 vorgesehen. Zur Befestigung des Wandgebä.useteils an zum Beispiel einer Wand- sind Schraubenlöcher 10, 11 und zur Befesigung des Deckgehäuseteils auf dem MTandgehäuseteil sind Schraubenlöcher 12,<B>103</B> vorgesehen. 14 bezeichnet den Deckel des Deekgehäuseteils, 15 die Dichtung zwischen diesen beiden Teilen und 16 den Schalter griff.
Die Anbrinbmng des beschriebenen Feucht- sehälters geschieht auf folgende Weise: Das Wandgehäuseteil 1 wird an zum Bei spiel eine Wand aufgeschraubt, hierauf das Kabel h: durch den Wulst 3 eingezogen und mit den Klemmen 5, 6, 7 verbunden. Nun wird das Deckgeh < i,useteil auf das Wand- gehä.useteil aufgeschraubt, die Schraube 8 herausgenommen und der von den beiden Ge häuseteilen gebildete Hohlraum 4 mit Kabel masse ausgegossen, worauf die Schraube 8 wieder eingesetzt wird. Da. die dem Teil 1.
zugewendete Wandung des Deckgehäuseteils sehr glatt gehalten und entsprechend geformt ist, so kann das letztere nach Wegnahme seiner Befestigungsschrauben mit Leichtig keit und ohne Beschädigung der Kabelmasse abgehoben werden. Dabei können die Verbin dungsstellen der Kontakte erreicht werden, ohne dass Metallteile weggenommen werden müssen. Selbstredend können die Klemmen 6, 7 anstatt für einen Schalter, wie gezeich net, ebenso, t auch für einen Stecker aus gebildet sein.
Der gezeichnete und beschriebene Schalter bietet den Vorteil der direkten Verbindung von Schalter und Klemme, der leichten Aus wechslung des den Schalter enthaltenden Deckgehäuseteils bei Reparaturen, der LV n- inöglichkeit der Berührung der Drähte im Gebrauchszustand des Schalters, der Einfach lieit und der Billigkeit.
