Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Tetrakisazofarbstoffes. Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Tetrakisazofarbstoffes der Zu sammensetzung : 1-Aniiriobenzol - 2 # 4 - disiilfo- säure - azo -#- m - Toluidin - azo -> Naphtyl- aminsulfosäure Cleve - azo ->- m - Toluidin
- azo->- 4-Nitro-1.3-diaminobenzol, welcher, auf Baumwolle gefärbt, rotbraune Töne liefert, die durch hervorragende Echtheit ausgezeich net sind.
<I>Beispiel:</I> Der aus 29,7 Teilen 1-Aminobenzol-2#4- disulfosaurem Natrium durch Diazotieren und Kuppeln mit 10,7 Teilen erhaltene Farbstoff wird nach dem Aussalzen, Absaugen in Wasser aufgeschlemmt, in die Diazoverbindung über geführt und bei 0 durch Kombination finit 16,6 Teilen 1-Naphtylamin-6-sulfosäure unter Zusatz von Natriumacetat in den Disazofarb- stoff übergeführt.
Dieser wird mit Soda wieder in Lösung gebracht und durch Zugabe von Salzsäure und 5,3 Teilen Natriumnitrit bei etwa 8 erneut dianotiert und mit 8 Teilen 1n-Toluidin unter langsamer Zugabe von Na triumacetat gekuppelt.
Nach mehrstündigem Rühren und Erwärmen wird der Farbstoff durch Zusatz von Salzsäure und Kochsalz ab geschieden und abgesaugt, darauf unter Zu- gäbe von etwas Soda wieder aufgelöst und die aus dem Farbstoff durch Versetzen mit Salzsäure und 3,5 Teilen Natriumnitrit bei 5 bereitete Diazoverbindung mit einer warmen salzsauren Lösung von 7,
6 Teilen 4 # Nitro 1 #3-diamiriobenzol bei 15 kombiniert. Nach mehrstündigem Rühren wird die Farbstoff bildung durch Zusatz von Natriumacetat und Erwärmen auf 50 beendet und der Farbstoff aus soloalkalischer Lösung durch Kochsalz abgeschieden und abgesaugt.

This is brought back into solution with soda and dianotized again by adding hydrochloric acid and 5.3 parts of sodium nitrite at about 8 and coupled with 8 parts of 1N-toluidine with the slow addition of sodium acetate.
After several hours of stirring and heating, the dye is separated off by adding hydrochloric acid and sodium chloride and filtered off with suction, then redissolved with the addition of some soda and the diazo compound prepared from the dye by adding hydrochloric acid and 3.5 parts of sodium nitrite at 5 with a warm hydrochloric acid solution of 7,
6 parts 4 # nitro 1 # 3-diamiriobenzene combined at 15. After several hours of stirring, the dye formation is terminated by adding sodium acetate and heating to 50 and the dye is separated out from sol-alkaline solution using sodium chloride and filtered off with suction.
