Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de réduction de la teneur en amidon d'une phase aqueuse, qui est retirée d'une préparation de pâte de fibres dans un procédé de fabrication de papier, carton, tissu ou analogue. La préparation de la pâte de fibres comprend une étape d'épaississement, au cours de laquelle une pâte de fibres comprenant des fibres cellulosiques provenant de matériaux fibreux recyclés et/ou cassés ainsi que de l'amidon dispersé dans une phase aqueuse est épaissie d'une première concentration à une seconde concentration en retirant une partie de la phase aqueuse de la pâte de fibres. Un polymère cationique obtenu par copolymérisation de (méth)acrylamide et d'au moins 25 % en moles de monomère(s) uniquement cationique(s), dont la viscosité standard SV est d'au moins 1,7 mPa/s, est ajouté à la matière fibreuse au plus tard à l'étape d'épaississement afin d'associer l'amidon aux fibres cellulosiques de la matière fibreuse.
