Abstract
Des systèmes et des procédés de désobstruction in situ d'un canal opérateur dans un dispositif médical lors d'une intervention sont divulgués. Un système de désobstruction donné à titre illustratif comprend un détecteur de débit permettant de détecter un débit à travers un canal opérateur, et un module de commande permettant de détecter un état de canal indiquant une présence ou une absence d'obstruction sur la base du débit. En présence d'une obstruction de canal, le module de commande peut commander au moins une source parmi une source d'irrigation ou une source d'aspiration pour fournir respectivement un fluide d'irrigation ou une pression d'aspiration afin de désobstruer le canal obstrué. Le module de commande peut régler au moins un débit parmi un débit d'irrigation ou un débit d'aspiration à travers le canal opérateur pour maintenir une pression souhaitée de l'environnement anatomique au niveau du site anatomique, ou pour maintenir un état de débit souhaité dans le canal opérateur, lors de l'intervention.
