Abstract

Une méthode d'appel téléphonique pour une commande et un système connexe comprend : le balayage d'un numéro de commande pour obtenir et stocker une adresse de commande et un numéro de téléphone associé à la commande, et l'appel automatique du numéro de téléphone en fonction d'une stratégie de livraison; l'attente automatique pour l'établissement d'une liaison téléphonique, la reconnaissance machine des renseignements sur la voix d'un destinataire associé au numéro de téléphone et l'amorce d'une conversation humain-machine; l'extraction de mots-clés dans les renseignements sur la voix, l'extraction d'une réponse vocale parmi les réponses vocales dans une bibliothèque de réponses associées aux mots-clés et l'envoi de la réponse au destinataire; et le passage d'une conversation humain-machine à humain-humain s'il est impossible de répondre au destinataire à l'aide d'une des réponses vocales dans la bibliothèque de réponses. Cette méthode permet des économies de temps pour la livraison pour améliorer l'efficacité générale de livraison et maximiser la possibilité que le destinataire reçoive un avis de livraison en temps opportun.
