Abstract
An automatic aluminum material framing machine, comprising a spacer bar frame, a spacer bar discharging device and an aluminum material framing device. The spacer bar frame comprises a frame body (8), an end stopper (91) and a bottom support (92). The spacer bar discharging device comprises a lift mechanism (5), a layering mechanism (6) and a conveying mechanism (7). The aluminum material framing device comprises a forward/backward moving mechanism (1), a left/right moving mechanism (2), an up/down moving mechanism (3) and a spacer bar grabber rack (4). The forward/backward moving mechanism (1) is used for driving the up/down moving mechanism (3) to move forward and backward. The up/down moving mechanism (3) is used for driving the left/right moving mechanism (2) to move up and down. The left/right moving mechanism (2) is used for driving the spacer bar grabber rack (4) to move left and right. The spacer bar grabber rack (4) comprises a rack body (41). Grabbing claws (42) extending downwards are symmetrically disposed on two sides of the rack body (41). The spacer bar frame, the spacer bar discharging device and the aluminum material framing device work cooperatively such that spacer bars (3') can be automatically taken out and placed and the aluminum material (4') can be automatically transferred for framing. No human intervention is required throughout the process, and the operation is stable and reliable.

The gripping mechanism is configured to grip the parting strips of the aluminum profiles. The fully automatic framing machine for aluminurn profiles according to claim 1, wherein the push assembly comprises a push frame arranged above the guide rails, two ends of the push frame each are provided with a chainwheel, a chain is provided on the chainwheel, a push claw is provided on the chain, and the chainwheel is connected to a push motor.
4. The fully automatic framing machine for aluminum profiles according to claim 1, wherein telescopic posts are provided at a side of the clamping plates close to the parting strips, and the telescopic posts are elastically connected to the clamping plates.

The fully automatic framing machine for aluminum profiles according to claim 1, wherein the lift mechanism comprises a lift plate, a lift leadscrew and a leadscrew drive mechanism; the lift plate is configured to push a row of parting strips to move up and down overall; the lift leadscrew is connected to the lift plate, and moves up and down vertically under the driving of the leadscrew drive mechanism; elastic support posts are provided at two sides of the lift plate;
the elastic support posts are elastically connected to the lift plate; support trays are provided on tops of the elastic support posts; and the support trays are configured to abut against bottom surfaces of the parting strips.

The fully automatic framing machine for aluminum profiles according to claim 1, further comprising a parting strip frarne conveyance mechanism, wherein the parting strip frarne conveyance mechanism comprises a conveyance slide rail and a conveyance slide block; the conveyance slide block is stretched between the lift mechanism and the layering mechanism; the conveyance slide block is slidable on the conveyance slide rail; a bottom of the parting strip frame is rnatched with the conveyance slide block; and the parting strip frame moves on the conveyance slide rail with the conveyance slide block.

The fully automatic framing machine for aluminurn profiles according to claim 1, wherein the longitudinal movement mechanism cornprises a bracket, a longitudinal guide rail, a longitudinal movement frame and a longitudinal drive rnechanisrn; the bracket is stretched across an aluminum profile discharging station and a frarning station; the longitudinal guide rail is provided on the bracket; the longitudinal movement frame is supported on the bracket, and rnoves forward and backward along the longitudinal guide rail; the longitudinal drive mechanism is configured to drive the longitudinal movement frarne to move forward and backward relative to the bracket; the longitudinal drive mechanism comprises a longitudinal drive motor, a first synchronizing shaft, first synchronizing gears, and first racks in a same direction as the longitudinal guide rail; the first racks are provided on the bracket; the longitudinal drive motor, the first synchronizing shaft and the first synchronizing gears are arranged on the longitudinal rnovernent frarne; the first synchronizing gears are provided at two ends of the first synchronizing shaft; the first synchronizing gears are meshed with the first racks; and the longitudinal drive motor is configured to rotationally drive the first synchronizing shaft.

The fully automatic frarning rnachine for aluminum profiles according to claim 2, wherein the vertical movement mechanism comprises a vertical guide post, a vertical guide sleeve, a vertical movement plate and a vertical drive mechanism; the vertical guide sleeve is provided on the longitudinal movement frame; the vertical movement plate is provided at a lower end of the vertical guide post; the vertical guide post is nested in the vertical guide sleeve; the vertical drive mechanism is configured to drive the vertical guide post to move up and down relative to the longitudinal movement frame; the vertical drive mechanism comprises a lift drive rnotor, a second synchronizing shaft, second synchronizing gears and second racks; the lift drive motor, the second synchronizing shaft and the second synchronizing gears are arranged on the longitudinal movement frame; the second racks are fixedly connected to the vertical movement plate; the second synchronizing gears are provided at two ends of the second synchronizing shaft;
the second synchronizing gears are meshed with the second racks; and the lift drive rnotor is configured to rotationally drive the second synchronizing shaft.

The fully automatic frarning rnachine for aluminurn profiles according to claim 8, wherein the lift drive rnotor is fixed at a horizontal center of the longitudinal rnovernent frame through a rnotor fixing frame; the rnotor fixing frame is cornposed of two symmetrical U-shaped rods; and the lift drive motor and a gearbox matched with the lift drive motor are arranged on the U-shaped rods.

The fully automatic frarning machine for aluminum profiles according to clairn 8, wherein the lateral rnovernent rnechanism comprises a vertical movement plate connecting frarne, a lateral slide rnechanisrn and a lateral drive mechanism; the vertical rnovement plate connecting frame is connected to the frame body through the lateral slide rnechanisrn;
the frame body moves left and right relative to the vertical movement plate connecting frame; and the lateral drive rnechanisrn is configured to drive the frame body to move left and right relative to the vertical movement plate connecting frame.
