Abstract

Disclosed is a receptacle (1) for food and/or beverages comprising a container (2) and a lid (3) designed to hermetically seal the container (2). A bottom of the container (2) is provided with protuberances (20) extending towards the outside and the lid (3) is provided with recesses (10) opening towards the outside. The number of protuberances (20) is less than the number of recesses (10) and each protuberance (20) is located respectively in line with a first corresponding recess (10) when the lid (3) hermetically seals the container (2).

Domaine de l'invention L'invention se rapporte au domaine des récipients pour aliments et/ou boissons comprenant un conteneur et un couvercle conçu pour fermer hermétiquement le conteneur.
État de la technique On connaît de tels récipients du document US2007/000922A1.
Dans cette configuration connue, le couvercle d'un grand récipient comporte des protubérances permettant d'emboiter un plus petit récipient sur ledit couvercle. Un tel récipient ne permet toutefois pas d'emboiter plusieurs grands récipients ni d'emboiter plusieurs petits récipients ni d'emboiter des récipients dont les dimensions extérieures ne sont pas compatibles avec la forme et la disposition des protubérances du couvercle du grand récipient.
On connaît également de tels récipients du document US20150021322. Dans cette configuration connue, il est toutefois difficile d'empiler des récipients de dimensions différentes étant donné le nombre de protubérances.
On connaît également de tels récipients des documents US8017681 et JP2005001736. Dans ces configurations connues, il n'est prévu d'empiler que des récipients de dimensions identiques.
On connaît également de tels récipients du document DE4326176. Dans cette configuration connue, il n'est prévu d'empiler que des récipients de deux dimensions différentes.
On connaît également de tels récipients du document D5 - US9108766. Dans cette configuration connue, il n'est pas possible d'empiler de manière stable un grand récipient au-dessus de plusieurs plus petits récipients. CONTAINER FOR FOOD AND / OR BEVERAGE

2 Résumé de l'invention Un but de l'invention est de fournir un récipient pour aliments ou boissons qui permet plus de flexibilité dans l'empilement stable de plusieurs récipients.
L'invention est définie par les revendications indépendantes. Les revendications dépendantes définissent des modes de réalisation préférés de l'invention.
Selon l'invention il est fourni un récipient pour aliments ou boissons comprenant un conteneur et un couvercle conçu pour fermer hermétiquement le conteneur.
Un fond du conteneur est muni de protubérances s'étendant vers l'extérieur et couvercle est muni de renfoncements s'ouvrant vers l'extérieur, chaque protubérance étant apte à s'introduire au moins partiellement dans chaque renfoncement. Le nombre de protubérances est inférieur au nombre de renfoncements et chaque protubérance est localisée respectivement au droit d'un renfoncement correspondant lorsque le couvercle ferme hermétiquement le conteneur.
Grâce auxdites protubérances et auxdits renfoncements ainsi qu'a leur nombre, il devient possible de plus facilement empiler des récipients l'un sur l'autre de manière stable latéralement. Il est par exemple plus facile d'empiler un récipient comportant par exemple quatre protubérances, transversalement au-dessus de deux autres récipients de la même taille et dont les couvercles comportent chacun huit renfoncements. Il est par exemple aussi plus facile d'empiler un récipient comportant par exemple quatre protubérances, au-dessus de deux autres plus petits récipients dont les couvercles comportent chacun quatre renfoncements. Comme il sera illustré au moyen d'exemples ci-après, l'empilement de bien d'autres combinaisons de récipients sera facilité.
Avec des récipients selon l'invention, l'empilement ne nécessite pas non plus que la forme et les dimensions extérieures du fond d'un premier récipient soient compatibles avec les moyens d'emboitement prévus sur le couvercle d'un deuxième récipient sur lequel on vient empiler le premier récipient, ce qui offre plus de flexibilité dans le dimensions et formes des récipients à empiler. 2 Summary of the invention An object of the invention is to provide a container for food or drink who allows more flexibility in the stable stacking of multiple containers.

The number of protrusions is less than the number of recesses and each protuberance is located respectively to the right a corresponding recess when the cover closes tightly the container.
By virtue of said protuberances and said recesses as well as their number, it becomes possible to more easily stack containers on top of each other of sideways stable. For example, it is easier to stack a container comprising for example four protuberances, transversely above two other receptacles of the same size, the lids of which include eight recesses each. For example, it is also easier to stack a container comprising for example four protuberances, above two other smaller receptacles the lids of which each have four recesses. As will be illustrated by means of examples below, the stacking of many other combinations of containers will be facilitated.
With containers according to the invention, the stack does not require either that the shape and the external dimensions of the bottom of a first container be compatible with the interlocking means provided on the cover of a second container on which the first container is stacked, which offer more flexibility in the dimensions and shapes of the containers to be stacked.

5 Description détaillée de modes de réalisation de l'invention La Fig.1 montre schématiquement une coupe selon un plan vertical d'un récipient (1) connu. Il s'agit d'un récipient pour contenir des aliments et/ou des boissons et qui comprend un conteneur (2) et un couvercle (3) conçu pour et donc apte à fermer hermétiquement le conteneur (2). Comme on le voit sur la Fig.1, un fond du conteneur (2) est muni de protubérances (20) s'étendant vers l'extérieur et le couvercle (3) est muni de renfoncements (10) s'ouvrant vers l'extérieur. Preferably, a kit according to the invention comprises at least a first container (1) according to the invention and a second container (1) according to the invention, the volume of an envelope of the first receptacle (1) being an integer multiple (K1) of the volume an envelope of the second container (1). Preferably, said multiple whole (K1) is an integer and non-zero power of 2, preferably 2 or 4 or 8.
Preferably, a kit according to the invention comprises at least a first container (1) according to the invention and a second container (1) according to the invention, the height (H2) of an envelope of the first receptacle (1) being an integer multiple (K2) of the height (H1) of an envelope of the second container (1). Preferably, said integer multiple (K2) is an integer and non-zero power of 2, of preferably 2, 4, or 8.
Fig. 9 shows schematically and in section a kit according to this version preferred embodiment of the invention and comprising containers (1) according to the invention when stacked. In this example, the kit notably includes two receptacles (1) each having a height H1 as well as a receptacle (1) of height H2, with H2 = 2.H1. As shown in the assembly of FIG. 9, this allows to level the top surface of the stack, which allows to add other containers (not shown) over the top surface of the stacking.

3. Container (1) according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that at least one of the protuberances (20) and at least one of the recesses (10) are of cylindrical, or conical, or frustoconical or parallelepipedal shape.

4. Container (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the protuberances (20) all have the same shape and the same dimensions and in that the recesses (10) all have the same shape and same dimensions.

5. Container (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the number of protrusions (20) is less than or equal to 4, preferably equal to 4.

6. Container (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that, apart from the protuberances (20) and the recesses (10), an upper face of the cover (3) is essentially flat and an underside of the bottom of the container (2) is mostly flat.

7. Container (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that, in an orthonormal frame XY, the distances (e) along X and along Y between the centers of any two recesses (10) adjacent are all identical.

8. Container (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the cover (3) of the container (1) has an outside surface anything between 1000 square mm and 60,000 square mm, of preferably between 3000 square mm and 45000 square mm.

Kit comprising at least a first container (1) according to any one of the preceding claims and a second container (1) according to one any of the preceding claims, characterized in that in an orthonormal frame of reference XY, the distances (e) along X and along Y between the centers of any two recesses (10) adjacent to the first container (1) and the distances (e) along X and along Y between the centers of any two adjacent recesses (10) of the second container (1) are all the same.

11. Kit according to claim 10, characterized in that the volume of a envelope of the first container (1) is an integer multiple (K1) of the volume an envelope of the second container (1).

12. Kit according to claim 11, characterized in that said integer multiple (K1) is an integer and non-zero power of 2, preferably 2 or 4 or 8.

13. Kit according to claim 10, characterized in that the height (H2) of a envelope of the first container (1) is an integer multiple (K2) of the height (H1) of an envelope of the second container (1).

14. Kit according to claim 13, characterized in that said integer multiple (K2) is an integer and non-zero power of 2, preferably 2, 4, or 8.

15. Container (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 9 or kit according to any one of claims 10 to 14, wherein the terms 1 0 protrusions (20) and recesses (10) are inverted.
