The invention is particularly applicable, but so

In this particular area, we are already using
wooden cases, or cardboard packaging.

Unfortunately these known products are relativeme
heavy and bulky, which adds to empty shipping costs
cheese factories; moreover the lack of ventilation, in particular of
cardboard, handicaps the hygienic and conservation conditions of
cheese; furthermore, the storage capacities are reduced because,
especially for wooden cases, the volume occupied by the
empty baling is the same as that occupied by full packaging;
moreover, when these traditional packages are stacked on the
transport pallets (about 6 cheeses per level) their balance
vertical is not always perfectly guaranteed, and the
cardboard packaging may even in some cases collapse,
thus compromising long distance transport.
