Abstract

Description

PACKAGING PACKAGE FOR CUBITAINER

  The present invention relates to a carton pack for the transport and presentation in the pour mode of a plastic cubitainer having a side face provided with a deformable pouring neck between two positions, namely a position taken in 10 which is embedded in the cubitainer and a position out in which it comes outgrowth with respect to the lateral face of the cubitainer.

  It also proposes more precisely a set of corrugated card blanks comprising a first blank 25 provided with a lateral hole for the passage of a neck of a cubitainer, suitable for forming a packaging box for said cubitainer, and a second blank comprising a series of shutters adapted to form the walls of a case in which said box is clean to be inserted, a flap of said blank having an upper recess whose peripheral edge is arranged to cooperate with the neck passing through the hole of the box and said second blank comprising straddling on one edge at least one tongue cut on its two longitudinal edges and integral with the blank on these two transverse edges.

  Advantageously, the second blank comprises a set of lower flaps suitable for forming the bottom of the case.

  In an advantageous embodiment the blanks are eight-fold interconnected by parallel fold lines, and terminated by a gluing tab.

  FIGS. 1A, 1B and 2 show a parallelepiped box 1 of corrugated cardboard packaging, for example double-sided with a thickness of 3 mm, for the transport and presentation of a cubitainer 2 made of flexible plastic material having a lateral face 3 provided with a pouring neck 4 5 deformable between two positions, namely a retracted position 5 (see Figure 2) in which it is recessed inside the cubitainer and a position 6 out (see Figure 1B) in which it comes outgrowth relative to the side face 3.

  The neck 4, provided with a stopcock 7 in a manner known per se, allows a user to pour a glass 8.

  The body 1 comprises a parallelepipedal box 9, for example an American box-type box containing the cubitainer 2 and provided in its lateral face 10, in the lower part, with a hole 11, or lateral circular orifice, for the passage of the neck 4 and of his cock 7.

  It also includes a case 12 formed by four rectangular flaps terminated by a gluing tab and devoid of bottom flap. The shape of the case is complementary to that of the box, which is embedded in it.

  The case 12 comprises an upper recess 16 on the side of the lateral hole 11, for example trapezium-shaped, open upwards and provided with a semi circular cell 17 made at the central periphery of the edge of the front case. complementary to the lower part of said lateral hole 11, and in which the neck 4 is embedded in the deployed position (see Figure lB), the box being further blocked on the tongues 13.   Figures 3 to 6 show another embodiment of a box 20 according to the invention with eight sides, namely four main sides 21 separated by four cut corners 22.

  More specifically, the box 20 comprises for example a box 23 formed of a series of eight rectangular flaps, four main flaps namely two large flaps 24 opposite and two small flaps 25 25 opposite, and four identical secondary flaps 26 forming cut corners connected between they by parallel fold lines 27 and a gluing tab.

  The box 23 further comprises a top 28 provided with two orifices 29 for gripping the extraction box, for example formed by two orthogonal flaps glued to one another. The box also has a bottom 30 closed by similar octagonal flaps, and containing a cubitainer of the type described with reference to Figures 1 to 3, with neck and valve 31 arranged to exit through the circular orifice 32 formed in one of the small flaps, near the bottom of said box.

  The box further comprises, according to this embodiment of the invention, a case 33 (cf Figure 6) bottomless formed from a blank 34 consisting of a series of rectangular flaps of transverse dimensions a little greater than those of the flaps of the box, namely four main flaps, two identical large flaps 35 and two small flaps 36 and 37, and four secondary flaps, namely two identical rectangular flaps 38 of the same height as the large flaps, and two flaps trapezoidal rectangles 39 and 40 whose side side oblique and located in the upper part of the case is shaped inverted bevels.

  The sequence of flaps is terminated by a rectangular gluing tab 41, the flaps and the tongue being connected to each other by parallel fold lines 42 capable of superimposing themselves with the corresponding folding lines 27 of the box.

  The small flap 37 is of a smaller height h 'than the others and therefore has a recess 43 at the top.   As is obvious and as also follows from the above, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments more particularly described. On the contrary, it embraces all the variants and in particular those in which the locking means of the box on the case in the pouring position are different.

Claims (11)

  1. Cardboard packaging case for transporting and presenting in the pouring mode a plastic cubitainer comprising a lateral face provided with a deformable pouring neck between two positions, namely a retracted position in which it is recessed inside the cubitainer and a retracted position in which it comes outgrowth with respect to the lateral face of the cubitainer, characterized in that said box comprises a box of parallelepipedal or substantially parallelepipedal shape containing the cubitainer and provided with a lateral outlet hole of the neck, and in that it further comprises a case provided with an upper recess side of the side hole, in which the box is inserted and movable between a first retracted position where the box is fully embedded in the case, and a second output position where the lateral hole is located opposite the obviously, the case comp carrying means for locking the box in the case at this second position, so that the neck of the cubitainer is at a determined distance from the bottom of the case corresponding to the reduced height of said case on this face.   2.Caissue according to claim 1, characterized in that the case is sleeve-shaped without bottom. 30 3.
