Abstract

L'invention concerne une unité (12) de test de scanner de NDE déployé par drone aérien, qui comprend un palonnier auquel quatre ensembles de broches (294, 354) de décalage fixent de façon pivotante une sonde (232) de capteur dans une configuration destinée à tourner autour de l'axe X et de l'axe Y avec une rotation contrainte. Les broches (294, 354) de décalage de chaque ensemble sont espacées, les extrémités les plus proches des extrémités terminales de la sonde (232) de capteur et d'un BUT (26) étant plus étroitement espacées que les extrémités opposées des broches (294, 354) de décalage. Le scanner (16) de NDE est déployé à partir d'un drone aérien (14), un câble (18) et un cordon ombilical (20) les reliant entre eux. Le câble (18) fixe sélectivement le scanner (16) de NDE au drone aérien (14) et le cordon ombilical (20) assure des liaisons de données et fluidiques. Le scanner (16) de NDE est doté d'un mécanisme (118) de retrait qui est sélectivement manuvré pour appliquer et dégager les roues magnétiques (94) du scanner (16) de NDE par rapport à une surface métallique du BUT (26).
