Abstract
Il est décrit un dispositif et procédé de fabrication d'une étoile à rayons ayant au moins un faisceau de fibres continus. Le dispositif de fabrication comporte une pluralité de dispositifs de déviation du côté de la jante et une pluralité de dispositifs de déviation du côté du moyeu, les deux disposés autour d'un intérieur d'un dispositif à partir des dispositifs de déviation. Dans une première étape, un faisceau de fibres sans fin est enroulé autour d'au moins une partie des dispositifs de déviation du côté de la jante sous la forme d'une enveloppe de fibres, et, dans une deuxième étape, au moins une partie des dispositifs de déviation du côté moyeu est déplacée dans la direction intérieure du dispositif de sorte que des rayons, qui forment au moins une partie d'une étoile à rayons fermés, sont formés à partir de parties de l'enveloppe de fibres. L'invention permet une meilleure souplesse dans la fabrication de différents types d'étoiles à rayures.
